The online booking went very smoothly. The communication about the drop off was good. The delivery of the car, check out process and condition of the car went smoothly. The driver delivering the car spoke little English, but his boss called us when he arrived and explained the check out process. The owner of the rental company told us they were dealing with an accident, and would be delayed picking up the car and returning the deposit. This was difficult for us, because we had a flight leaving that same day. I tried to propose alternative solutions, but the communication was difficult at this time because the owner only replied with delays. In the end, he came with his employee to pick up the car and they seemed hung over. It was on a Sunday morning, and I suspect they had a good time the night before.

The owner of the car refused to listen to me and demanded that I pay the fine - The original agreement was that we would return a clean car that we would wash at the car wash. We were given the first Chevrolet car and it was clean initially, but then when the car broke down and we were given another car, it was already dirty initially, because of the waiting time we could not finish our plans in time and did not wash the car. The owner of the car took a fine for this This I am not talking about the gas money we spent because of the change of car, the cost of cab while the car was not working and the condition of the cars (all in mint condition). So my impressions were only negative
