I rented a Polo and got a Passat. Thanks for the upgrade with no extra charge (excellent condition of the Passat). Polo's air conditioner didn't work and they replaced it. Everything was well organized, the car was brought to the house and was given out by a Russian-speaking person. They took it back without any problems, because the condition of the car before was recorded on paper, with notes from previous owners. of the car before, with notes of previous damage. I would use the service again.

I've rented Vivaro through Your website, but finally I didn't get that car. One day before arrival to Montenegro I've received message on Viber that there is technical issue with Vivaro and they ar trying to find other vehicle which suits my expectations. There was no 9 Pax van available and they asked me is the VW Caddy Maxi OK for us. Basically I had no other options so I had to agree. The only problem was to fit all the bags and suitcases inside. Generally, the car was OK, but I think it is not OK to pay for 9 Pax van and receive 7 Pax in the same price. Also two days has gone before I've received kids seats, which should be provided from the beginning. I would say it was not so bad, but far away from perfection.

I rented a car, only a volkswagen, Peugeot was out of stock. Everything went well, the Auto was handed over to me on time, everything was fine and the car is working, normal.

The rental procedure was very easy and the guys who gave us the cars were super nice. We had a VW Caddy first, which was alright, but had no windows in the back, so it was very stuffy for the kids. The driving was nice though. The Picasso was a bit small for 7 and luggage, but that was not your fault. A little smelly and not super clean, but generally alright. Overall, this was a good experience
