There were no problems with renting, everything was clear and on time. But the technical condition of the car leaves much to be desired. The hose that leads from the filler neck to the tank was punctured and gasoline spilled out during refueling, which is very dangerous.

I ordered a Toyota Yaris, but a larger Citroen C4 car was delivered to me for the same price. Picking up and returning the vehicle took place quickly and without problems. In general it was ok, Some points: I asked to deliver to different place, and they could manage to do that. However the manager tried to insist to pay additional day, but finally he could deliver car 2 hours later than agreed , and I declined to pay. There was no child seats in the car, so I declined to pay that part as well. And my children were less secure during travel. There was nobody to receive the car at the airport, they just sent instructions to leave the key on the wheel. And I had no complaints from them about the state of the car. Would I use the service again - Probably, Not. The car itself was ok. The same class as was requested- Citroen picasso

I got a different car which suppose to be two times better than the one I suppose to have... let's say maybe it was(not in my opinion, but I cant see the state of the skoda). The state of the vehicle was acceptable with few things around sterring wheel(free play). Let's say I wont go fater than 80 with the car I got ;)

The rental procedure was very easy and the guys who gave us the cars were super nice. We had a VW Caddy first, which was alright, but had no windows in the back, so it was very stuffy for the kids. The driving was nice though. The Picasso was a bit small for 7 and luggage, but that was not your fault. A little smelly and not super clean, but generally alright. Overall, this was a good experience

Everything went well. We were met at the airport. Everything was explained and shown. In two weeks we had time to travel everywhere. Both along the coast and in the mountains. There were no problems with the car. The air conditioning was a great help. Everything was fine.
