車は約束の時間に私たちの住所に届けられました。本当に親切な担当者が車と一緒に来て、必要な書類をすべて持ってきてくれた。シュコダではなくシトロエンC4でしたが、問題ありません。ギアボックスとクラッチが少し摩耗していた。 ティヴァト空港で車を引き渡した。担当者が車を引き取り、すべてがスムーズに進みました。 本当に全てに満足しています。ありがとうございました。

all is well except for one nuance: we have 1/4 tank of petrol left than we need to return it. They did not want to compensate us. They did not warn us. That is why, we got the car with a 1/2 tank, but we had to return it with 1/4. We were refused to compensate this 1/4 of at least 10 EUR.

I was globally happy with the rental, except two things: I ordered a car advertised as with GPS included + with manual transmission. And i finally get a car without GPS and with automatic transmission Having no GPS is quite annoying when you travel abroad and have to use instead your mobile - which may cost a lot due to the roaming.
