My reservation was cancelled by car owner. I met him in the airport at 9pm. But he told that he has no car that we booked and proposed us car on manual and in terrible condition! And also I can’t drive manual car.

The lease went through without problems. I've been out of the country, everything's fine. The car is badly damaged. The roof leaked in the rain. But since I took it at the bottom of the market it is not surprising. No complaints.

The delivery process was smooth, although slightly late because of an accident when they were coming to the airport (can happen, I don’t complain).
