It didn’t go very well, the reservation was confirmed, but there was no car at the appointed time, after my call they only remembered me. They apologized and provided another car after about an hour. The car was lower class - Hyndai i20, the price was adjusted

Everything was okay. Exept three things: the late pickup time (almost 2h), the fact that the car wasn't equiped with a GPS (as mentioned in the booking), and it was a little bit difficult to start the engine regardless to the driving wheel and the key. We appreciated that the car was very clean and in a good condition. I would say 4/5.

予約していた車はなく、メルセデスを希望していたので、ウェブサイトと同じ値段でシトロエン・カクタスを勧められた。緊急に車が必要だったので、同意せざるを得なかった。車の状態は良く、内装もきれいだった。しかし、それとは別に、車がガソリンの3/4タンクで運ばれてきたのには憤慨した。当然、ガソリンを入れるのに必要な量を計算するのは非常に難しく、タンクには10リットル多くガソリンが入っていた。大家は満タンにしすぎたガソリン代の補償を拒否した。だから、このような3/4に引っかかって、私たちが15ユーロ損をしたように、ガソリンが満タンだったことを要求しないように注意してください。事故や過失というより、小額の詐欺にしか見えない。
