Nerád by som sa vyjadroval negatívne, ale inak to nejde. Po prvé, auto nebolo to, ktoré som si prenajala, po druhé, auto bolo veľmi špinavé a po tretie, nevrátili mi zálohu napriek tomu, že to bolo už mesiac. Som veľmi nespokojný a myslím, že nie som prvý človek.
Nissan Sunny v SAE
Prenájom vozidla Nissan Sunny na 8 dní s vyzdvihnutím a vrátením na letisku Sharjah. Po prílete ma na parkovisku letiska Sharjah čakal zástupca prenajímateľa. V priebehu 10 minút bol prenájom vybavený a ja som odišiel do hotela. Auto bolo úplne nové s najazdenými 4 88 km. (číslo 2022). Interiér nie je vykúrený, všetko fungovalo perfektne. Počas prenájmu som najazdil približne 1500 km. (podľa zmluvy nie viac ako 250 km denne). Pred vrátením bolo auto umyté v autoumyvárni na čerpacej stanici - celý komplex stál 20 dirhamov. Auto bolo vrátené na letisko Sharjah, na tom istom mieste, kde som ho dostal. Zaplatil 31,5 dirhamov za použitie spoplatnených ciest. Všetko bolo veľmi príjemné. Odporúčanie.

Keby som o tom vedel, nečakal by som na požičovňu, aby mi auto vrátila, hádam som mohol nechať kľúče v aute. A že sme na nich museli čakať asi 30 minút a nakoniec nie je jasné prečo. Ale vo všeobecnosti je všetko skvelé

Yes. Full Damage Waiver (FDW) with zero excess is available for free on a large share of our UAE catalogue — filter by 'FDW included' or look for the 'Zero excess' mark on the car card. Combined with Theft Protection, Personal Accident and the No-Deposit option (also free on a portion of the fleet), this is the most protected option we offer in the UAE.

Not at the moment. Cross-border travel to Oman and Saudi Arabia is currently unavailable on our UAE catalogue — it requires a special No Objection Certificate (NOC) and an extended insurance policy. If the route is important for your trip, please contact our support team before booking and we'll check whether an individual arrangement is possible.
Yes. Our UAE catalogue includes cars that accept cash, a debit card or a credit card for the deposit, plus cars that require no deposit at all. Use the 'Payment method' filter in search, or open the 'Deposit' block on a car card to see which methods that specific car accepts. Note: most providers require a physical card for the deposit block — Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay typically cannot be used for the deposit, only for the online booking fee.
Traffic fines in the UAE are registered against the car's number plate, so the rental company receives them first and then passes the charge on to you, together with a small administrative fee (typically AED 50–100). Fines can take 2–4 weeks to appear after your rental ends, so keep your payment card valid for that period.
