I booked Mitsubishi outlander, them it was changed to rav4, then I got Subaru Crosstrek, which is ok. In general everything was fine, I was met, held the keys, car was ok: a bit dirty inside, some part of exterior were out of place, but it seems alright here on streets:) drop off were good and stress free as well. A bit expensive in terms price-value, but it seems prices are as they are.

かなり良かった。何が足りなかったかというと、マネージャーは飲酒運転をしてはいけないという話をしていた（当たり前のことだが）が、トビリシでの駐車料金の支払い方を説明していなかった（これは必須だった）。 また、彼は私にスクラッチ代を請求しようとしていたが、それはおそらく車が駐車されているときに行われたもので、私はこの問題について知らなかった。そのため、彼はどこかに行くたびに車をチェックしなければならないと言った（私が理解している限り、これはでたらめだ）。しかし、駐車料金の支払い方法と、運転前の車検の必要性を記したマニュアルがあれば、顧客の利便性が向上するのではないだろうか。

All is well, it was a little unclear where they would meet us and how, plus the owner was a little late. The car is in good condition, the only problem was the tires without spikes, which caused problems in the mountains. The service itself is very convenient, except when the car is booked, unfortunately the site does not have up-to-date information on available dates.
