最初は良かった。車の状態もいい。しかし、車を返すときに、通行料と称して正当な理由もなく2100リラを請求された。この金額の信憑性には大きな疑問がある。お釣りもくれなかった。次回のイスタンブール旅行の際、1ヶ月後に貴社のサービスを利用する予定でしたが、残念ながら他の車を予約してしまいました。

Divorced on 100 dollars for full insurance. And still took a $300 cash deposit. Then the voice in the phone asked me to take the driver to the bus stop. The driver got behind the wheel and drove 9 km to the city center where it was convenient for him. There he left me in shorts, without a T-shirt and without a clue how to return to the hotel. I had to take a cab and follow the cab driver. On my return, the receiver immediately went under the car, that there was some damage. UNDER THE CAR!!!!!!! I've taken cars in over 40 countries. This is the first time this has happened. I hope it's the last time

注文した車を持ってきた。 車はディーゼルで、3日間で500キロ弱走った。受け取った時、タンクは3分の1ほどだったが、近くのガソリンスタンドで満タンまで給油した。 支払いはドルで現金払い（暗号でも可能だった）、英語でのやりとり、わからないことは携帯の翻訳機で翻訳した。 私たちは、受け入れ証明書を記入し、賃貸人は車の写真を撮った、ドキュメントの写真を撮った。 必要な書類は、外国のパスポートと運転免許証（ロシア語）。 引き渡しも簡単で、リース前とリース後の車の写真撮影、外装の点検、内装の点検、引き渡し前の洗車は必要ない（ただし、内装の汚れがひどい場合はクリーニング代を請求されることもある）。 エアコンも効いていたし、車に関しては文句なし。 私たちは空港を選んだが、ドライバーはRioCarのオフィス（オフィスは空港からそう遠くない）で車を借りるように頼み、その後空港まで連れて行ってくれた（空港のことをよく知っているドライバーだから良かったが、私たちだけではうろうろしていただろう）、もし事前に知っていたら、空港に近いホテルより海に近いホテルを選んだだろう。

レンタカーでヒュンダイi20のレンタカーを利用しましたが、タイミングが明確で感謝しています。レンタカーを借りるのにどこも待つ必要がありませんでした。すべてを説明/表示してくれました。車が納車された最初の日に最大限の関与を示しました。私たちは大人3人と子供1人でした。手品師のようにスーツケースをすべてきれいに、できるだけ早く並べました。とても親切でした。レンタル中に不満はありませんでした。1度だけありましたが、すぐに回答がありました。また、車を返却する日、デポジットは返却され、車は返されました。すべてが明確で要領を得ていました。今後もまた利用したいと思います。👍🏻

Everything went great! The staff of the rental company met us at the airport at night and brought us to the office nearby. They quickly inspected the car, completed the paperwork and we drove to Antalya! 3 days by car flew by quickly and full! The car is almost new and clean. Of course there were minor damages from the previous not careful renters.... What I liked very much is that there was half a tank of fuel! Did not have to urgently look for a gas station! Fiat was diesel, so I was happy with low fuel consumption! And it drove very well! If I did not know that it is a diesel with only 1.3 liter. would not believe it! All family members are very happy! My spouse even hinted that I should buy such a car for myself at home😆 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
