we had to wait a little while for the car, but they took us from the airport to the office to make it easier to wait. the car was kind of a better car, diesel. the car was a bit old technically, you could see it had been beaten up, maybe even once badly beaten up and badly repaired. and the most offensive thing is that I poured urea into the car when the light bulb came on, although in theory I would have had enough urea to drive and hand over the car, but I didn't take any risks, so as not to miss the plane ... I had to buy and pour, and there was not even a funnel in the car, they did not compensate me for urea, although I poured 5 liters (they do not sell less), and this is for 5-6 thousand km, and drove 1 thousand.

On renting a car. Used a Hyundai i20 rental and want to thank you for the clarity in time. Did not have to wait anywhere for the renter. Told/displayed everything. Showed maximum involvement on the first day of the car drop off. We were 3 adults and a child. Suitcases as a magician all laid out as neatly and quickly as possible. Very helpful. There were no complaints during the rental. There was 1 moment, but quickly got an answer. Also on the day the car was returned, the deposit was returned/car was given back. Everything was clear and to the point. I would love to return to your services in the future 👍🏻

Pros: 1) The car is the one I chose. 2) It was delivered on time. 3) Checkout took little time. 4) Traveled all the way without incident. Cons: 1) Dirty windshield from inside, which made driving at night difficult. 2) Empty tank initially. 3) Employee didn't have change from a $300 bill even though I texted in advance. 4) Left rear tire was flat a third of the way down . 5) Right rear right strut is knocking. 6) Pads in calipers squeak. 7) The steering wheel is squeaky. 8) Dirty seats.

The best value for money! I got exactly the car I was hoping for and for the price I agreed on. There are no additional or hidden charges. However, there are nuances, knowing which can make the trip even better. Talk in advance about where, who and at what time you will meet at the airport exit, and how to act if you did not find each other. I wasn't met. Good thing I had internet access from my cell phone as WiFi outside the terminal didn't work. Clarify what cards are accepted for payment. Gazprombank's UnionPay didn't work for me (although it works in many outlets in Turkey). Tip to the aggregator: give the option of full, not partial prepayment. Be sure to take out a full package of all possible insurances. Find out if there will be coverage for windows/mirrors and tires. Not only inspect the car inside and out before acceptance, but take pictures of any defects, odometer and fuel readings. Don't be in a hurry to drive far away right away. Mechanical defects may appear on the move. On my car the robotized transmission worked badly, but I realized it only after a few kilometers, and did not return to replace the car. Fortunately, the car withstood all the way. Have a nice vacation!

С машиной все хорошо,однако еще до приезда пытались через вотсапп выяснить пару вопросов, но быстро поняли, что с нами общаются через гуглпереводчик и сути вопросав ни кто не понимает. Мы писали и на английском и на русском и на простом английскомм , результат был один:))) При получении в аэропорту нас встретил сотрудник, который говорил только на турецком. Нам пришлось потратить два часа на получение машины , пока созванивались с сотрудником который говорит на английском,(раз 5:)), пока доказывали, что второй водитель у нас уже включен в ваучер, потом нам предложили поставить подпись на планшете. На экране при этом была пара слов на турецком и место для подписи. При уменьшении экрана я увидела многостраничный контракт на турецком. Пришлось требовать перевод и досконально все изучать на английском. При возврате все прошло чуть лучше. Но мы так же пытались выяснить стоит ли нам самим помыть машину. Адекватного ответа не получили. Помыли на мойке. А на месте нам сказали, что доплату за мойку все равно возьмут, т.к у проката своя мойка. Ну в целом так- 4 с минусом
