С машиной все хорошо,однако еще до приезда пытались через вотсапп выяснить пару вопросов, но быстро поняли, что с нами общаются через гуглпереводчик и сути вопросав ни кто не понимает. Мы писали и на английском и на русском и на простом английскомм , результат был один:))) При получении в аэропорту нас встретил сотрудник, который говорил только на турецком. Нам пришлось потратить два часа на получение машины , пока созванивались с сотрудником который говорит на английском,(раз 5:)), пока доказывали, что второй водитель у нас уже включен в ваучер, потом нам предложили поставить подпись на планшете. На экране при этом была пара слов на турецком и место для подписи. При уменьшении экрана я увидела многостраничный контракт на турецком. Пришлось требовать перевод и досконально все изучать на английском. При возврате все прошло чуть лучше. Но мы так же пытались выяснить стоит ли нам самим помыть машину. Адекватного ответа не получили. Помыли на мойке. А на месте нам сказали, что доплату за мойку все равно возьмут, т.к у проката своя мойка. Ну в целом так- 4 с минусом

I rented the car for 6 days. There were no problems. The advance was paid from Russia online, the rest was paid on the spot in cash. We met at the airport. They brought me to the office. Everything was done in 15 minutes. The car was clean, but with an empty tank. You need to refuel at the nearest gas station. There was no need to wash the car upon return. I didn’t pay any extra money, everything was as indicated on the website, not a lira more. The lease is official. The police stopped me and checked the data in their database with the facts. They clarified whether I was really the one who rented the car. They checked and let me go. Thanks to the company's employees for the good service. I will recommend everyone to contact them.

Everything went well. Instead of an Opel Corsa, we were given a more spacious Opel Combo. The car was shabby but in good working order, it did not let us down. We drove from Istanbul to Fethiye and back. We drove about 2500 km. The guys in the office do not speak English at all. But with the help of google-translator and empathy the car was registered. And then we handed it over without any problems. So our impression was quite good.

We had a rest in Antalya from March 18 to March 30, because we are from Russia and there is no way to pay with a card. . And so we rented a car from localcarhire, everything went very very well. The booking process is simple, quick and clear. We were contacted quickly. Unfortunately, we did not have the car we wanted on the terms we chose. We were offered a replacement on slightly different terms. At the airport they were already waiting for us with a sign. We were escorted to the parking lot to the car. The process of registration and receipt of the car was quick and easy, but I contacted the renter in advance and sent all the data, so as not to waste time on the spot. We paid and made a deposit on the spot in cash $. We got a new car with a mileage of only 800km without problems and clean. The process of surrendering the car was also quick and easy, we were waiting at the entrance to the terminal, unloaded, gave the keys, received the deposit and said goodbye. In general we were satisfied. From the minuses: initially we booked a car without a deposit with full insurance. But there was no such thing and we took it with a deposit of 300$. It is not clear why the deposit, if there was also stated full insurance. There were doubts that the insurance is still full, in the rental form from the renter it was not very clear what kind of insurance. Thank God I didn't have to check and the deposit was returned immediately upon acceptance at the airport. Well, it has nothing to do with the process or the condition of the car, but the car is certainly designed for driving exclusively on horizontal surfaces, any rise is a pain for both it and the driver). I repeat, in general we were satisfied with everything. Thank you very much
