Everything went great! We flew in earlier than our rental car and the car was delivered to us at the airport an hour earlier. We drove 3000 km in Turkey, the car was excellent. There was a small hitch when we handed over the car. According to the contract we had to hand over the car at the airport, but we were told to come to a parking lot a few kilometers from the airport. But from there we were taken to the airport in comfort. I just wish they had warned us about it in advance. But this moment did not affect our mood in any way, the trip was great!

I rented a Fiat Fiorino for 15 days (approximately) the car is in excellent condition. The contract was concluded quickly, the deposit was returned upon delivery. The inconvenience: we had to sign the contract in the office, the car was ordered to the airport. Because of this our transfer with other family members went to the villa. We had to go to the office, from there then look for the villa and the road. It would be good to make a contract and give the car directly at the airport. The same with the return. First you have to go to the office, return it, and then the same car will take you to the airport.

I rented a Fiat, not a reno Clio. There are 3 things I didn't like about it: 1. The rental cost was 437 dollars. On the spot it was boldly and without blinking an eye rounded up to 440. 2. When I turned in the car I was supposed to get back 60 dollars, instead the manager handed me 50 euros and said that he had no other options. 3. I handed in the car at the airport at 7 am, I was in a hurry to catch a flight. Renting a car in the early morning is a separate service and I paid 15 dollars for it. I agreed in advance on the place and time of car delivery. 30 minutes before arrival I wrote a message on WhatsApp. In fact, the person who takes the car arrived only at 7-30. That is, they took the money for the service, but did not bother to arrive on time.

In order of impressions: it all started with a fat spoonful of tar - the rental price doubled due to the inclusion of mandatory insurance with full coverage, which was "forgotten" to mention when booking. That is, the price in the booking sheet with the paid advance payment multiplied by 2! Very ugly! Even so the price was quite adequate, just do not start with lies. Otherwise, everything is fine: met at the airport after a call, in the office 5 minutes away all quickly formalized, the car is new, clean, and a choice in its class, acceptance without problems instantly, from the office to the airport dropped off. The rest of the stated lease terms are correct: cash payment, no deposit, no mileage limit. Apart from the "surprise" price at the start, the rental was excellent.

1. They gave me a Kia sportage instead of an Audi 2. I had to pay 150 bucks more. 3. They didn't speak English at all 4. The car in general was ok, although the mileage is high. 5. They did not give me a normal printout of prices for the toll roads in Turkey, I probably overpaid.

There were two things that we did not like very much. First: the car had no fuel at all, we had to look for a gas station. The second: when we handed over the car we were charged 300 lira for travel on toll roads, but the bill for them did not show. According to our data, we had to pay 150 liras for the toll roads. Not worse. The car in general in good condition, but I had to buy AdBlue myself. It marred the experience a bit. At the end of the lease I went to the office. The car was checked and immediately took us to the airport. I am satisfied with the cooperation.
