I rented a car for two days. The most positive impressions. The staff was in touch from the moment of booking on the website: consulted in messengers, met at the airport and brought to the parking lot, processed quickly, gave (at my request) a holder for a smartphone. What is important the contract without mileage limitation, for two days we had time to see a lot. After handing over the car (took 3 min) took at our request to the streetcar stop near the airport. Ford Focus in Turkey
The car was replaced unfortunately, they said the engine was broken. I suspect that they were deceived as this is a common practice in Turkey. Naturally, we were not warned about the replacement in advance, although we were in touch with the renter. They tried to replace it with a small Hyundai, but when they saw that we were 5 people with bogazhge, they offered an old Taita Corolla. The car was underpowered and as we were in a mountainous area it was difficult to drive. Otherwise everything went well

it was good. It was a nice guy. Also the the car is good, but to be honest, you need to give more information. Where is the meeting point to take the car? It was a hard for me to find the car and he came late. Even someone tried to trick me to take a taxi to your office but I didn’t take a taxi. Also, I recommend don’t give the car totally empty of petrol otherwise it’s perfect 👍🏼

1. there was no Opel corsa. It was fiat. 2. vendor ignored my message on site. 3. vendor ignored contacts I left on the site and called me in whats up. My friend was not having watsup at arrival, so it took time to connect. 4. vendor took $15 with idea "return clean car or I'll leave money", but because of accumulator was down I wasn't able to clean car and return my money 5. Accumulator was down at the day of car return. Vendor didn't detected it on the video, so he bought more fuel to try fix the issue and I've paid for it. Everything else was good. I was met at airport with a little delay. I was returned to airport at time, even since car was not moving because of accumulator so vendor came to me to take both car and me.

the experience wasnt terrible however I rented a citroen on the website but when I got to the rental place they told me they didnt have one on hand. They did false advertisement and gave me a renault symbol. I also requested an automatic car but was given a manuel car. Basically I had to work with what I was given. As a customer I wasnt satisfied with the experience and will probably not use the service again.

everything went perfectly. We contacted the lessor at the airport in 5 minutes the car was in the parking lot a couple of minutes to fill out the documents and inspect the car and we are on our way with the family. We took the car for 9 days, there was a minor breakdown on the seventh day the battery died, the landlord quickly solved the problem by buying a new battery. I rented the car also at the airport and there were no problems. In Turkey they realize that tourists are the most profitable business so they do everything to make us happy. Next time I will also order a car through your site. Thank you very much.

Everything was smooth with the rental. The car was provided according to the order. It took 5 minutes to check in. We waited at the airport for about 15 minutes. The car was delivered quickly too. The owners of the car asked to return it clean. When I returned it, I paid 300 liras, there was no time to go to the car wash, the owners were satisfied with it.
