I needed a vehicle to travel a huge distance in Turkey. I had this experience and realized that it would not be an easy task. Everything went smoothly and honestly with this organization. Even though I arrived to pick up the car late at night, they were waiting for me. The price was low and did not change to the high side. I received the car I had agreed on, the car was new. I did not leave a deposit. During the trip I needed to extend the rental for 3 more days, I was immediately met and we quickly agreed on the phone. Turkish hospitality and friendliness together with a high level of professionalism. It couldn't have been better

the experience wasnt terrible however I rented a citroen on the website but when I got to the rental place they told me they didnt have one on hand. They did false advertisement and gave me a renault symbol. I also requested an automatic car but was given a manuel car. Basically I had to work with what I was given. As a customer I wasnt satisfied with the experience and will probably not use the service again.

Overall, the rental went well in the end. That is, we got the right car to realize the planned trip. But there were some inconveniences at various stages. Starting with the fact that the originally ordered car, which I had prepaid for, was refused (as I realized, the renter refused). At first I thought that I had carelessly used the services of fraudsters. Fortunately, it turned out that this was not the case, TakeCars operators got in touch and quickly enough agreed with another renter. This calmed me down, and here was the first catch - I did not immediately pay attention to the fact that instead of the originally ordered car with a 1.5 liter engine, I was sent a voucher for a 1.2 liter car. Since I was planning a trip with quite a long distance travel, it would have been unpleasant to get a car with an excessively weak engine. When I noticed it later, I accepted this fact and decided not to change anything, as there might not be enough time for that. When the day came to receive the car, in correspondence with the representative of the hirer I received a message that instead of Fiat Egea I was offered Renault Clio. It is a more compact car, but having familiarized by that time with the traffic conditions in the tourist areas of the cities of Turkey, I agreed, especially since the representative assured me that this Renault Clio is still equipped with a 1.5 liter engine. However, when the car was delivered to me, it turned out that the engine capacity was not 1.5, but only 1 liter. To my protests, I received a reply that there was a mistake in the previous message mentioning the 1.5 liter engine. But since the contract with this renter specified a car with a 1.2 liter engine, he decided that 1 liter would be fine with me. Very strange logic, considering the fact that originally I still needed a car with 1.5 liter engine. To solve the problem I was offered to get to the garage of the renter, where I was promised to provide the same car with 1.5 liter engine, and with automatic transmission, but at 50 euros more expensive. There was no choice, as we already had to move out. Because of the described inconsistencies we lost about 2 hours of time. The hirer did not agree to concede me the price, despite the inconvenience. Further use of the car was completely satisfactory for me. However, when returning the car again there was a small discrepancy with the hirer. When I got to the place of car transfer, I contacted the representative in order to clarify the amount of payment for the use of toll highways. In the reply message he indicated the amount of 2800 Turkish liras. However, when the driver came to pick up the car, he demanded 3800 liras extra for toll roads. I showed him the correspondence with the amount of 2800 liras, after which I started about half an hour of negotiations with the representative of the rental company, who, without apology, simply told me that he had made a typo and that he did not like to hear me say things that seemed to incriminate him in dishonesty. Although everything I said was simply a repetition of his own words about the 2800 lira. In the process of correspondence, I was given a table with the calculation of my debt for toll roads with the sum of 3800 liras. Yes, I admit that it could have been a typo on his part. But why should all these typos be the customers' fault? I had collected the required amount, to be transferred through the driver, but at the last moment the driver returned part of the collected amount to me, gesturing that he would not take more. I don't really know what to make of all this. Everything felt like a mess. But in the end, we parted without complaint. I can't say that it upset me in any noticeable way. It just left some memories of inconveniences which, it would seem, could have been easily avoided with a better organization of the hirer's work.

The car was new, clean and in excellent condition. We were met at the airport instantly (and often there is a problem with this - you have to call and listen to the answering machine for a long time). We also rented it with the speed of the wind. Very happy with the rental.

Good afternoon! I would like to leave my feedback, unfortunately it is negative. 1. On arrival, my wife and I were not met by anyone, although I chose the service "Meet with a sign". Believe me, I was looking very carefully for a sign with my name - all meeting drivers were organized and stood right at the entrance in a special place. 2. I had no connection, I don't know Turkish, so we just stood there, dumbfounded and waited. Then a kind person from among the waiting drivers gave me internet via his phone and I tried to text/call the numbers I had on my voucher. No answer. 3. I then asked this kind person to call my phone directly, he did, but also no answer. I was sympathized with and hoped I wasn't "just scammed" though. 4. After an hour and a half only managed to establish some kind of connection with the driver who was supposed to meet us. He inarticulately informed me that the car would be there, it was on its way, that I should wait. But I still did not understand where and what to wait for, I discounted the photo where I am already waiting for him for almost two hours. 5. In the end, the driver then wrote where we should come to meet him. I stopped to understand something at all. 6. The same kind person, who all this time (on his own initiative and for free!) helped with communication in the end himself talked to my driver in Turkish and took us to the place where we had to stand and wait for our driver - on the corner of the building to the fast food restaurant. 7. There we stood there for another 20 minutes, sure that we were just being dynamited like that. 8. To our surprise, the driver did come. I did not try to find out anything with him - here I am writing a review. 9. The car was not Renault Clio 5, but Megan. Yes, it is an analog, but its rent is cheaper! Why did I have to choose the year and make of the car on your site for a long time, so that I could get a cheaper option? Yes, in the voucher I have it says "Renault Clio 5 or analogous", but still "or analogous" is attributed in smaller font, it is supposed to be an extreme option. And what is analog and why is analog cheaper? And why then is the rental price not recalculated downward? A small thing, but unpleasant. There were no complaints about the appearance of the car, but it began to squeak the undercarriage pretty badly towards the end of the trip, which seriously strained, although we did not drive much at all. The analog, it seems, was also much older than I chose.... 10. We agreed with the driver when we got the car that we would contact him on WhatsApp 24 hours before handing over the car, just in case. He said - Okey. 11. Twenty-four hours before the flight in the evening, I texted to say we were on schedule. No reply again!!! Only the next morning by 9 o'clock he got in touch. I was already very worried about how we would be able to hand over the car and fly away in peace. So I immediately agreed to his proposal that we would bring the car to their office and they would drive us to the airport. The office was next to the airport, so it was convenient, but even if the office had been somewhere else, I would have agreed anyway, because I had no confidence in anything. Bottom line: - The conditions for getting the car were not met - "meet me with a sign" and a 6:30 appointment; - I was incorrectly charged a $15 fee, which is an "after-hours fee" - I received the car more than two hours after the agreed upon time, which is already business hours; - I got a cheaper and older equivalent; - I'm not talking about my 10$ gratitude to that kind driver and our nerves. Please give me feedback.
