We rented a car at Antalya airport at the end of October 23. We were met at the airport and taken to the office where we formalized all the documents. The registration was prompt and without problems. The car Fiat Aegea, mileage about 100 thousand, but the state of the car and the cabin is excellent, for all 2 weeks, no need to rekaniyami. Everything went well, I was met at the airport, taken to the office where all the documents were drawn up. The car was the same as we had booked, in good condition. There were two things that we did not like very much. First: the car had no fuel at all, we had to look for a gas station. The second: when we handed over the car we were charged 300 lira for travel on toll roads, but the bill for them did not show. According to our data, we had to pay 150 liras for the toll roads. We've had a change of departure time. Perhaps because of this, instead of a 2022 gasoline car, I was given a rather old diesel car. I was with my family, my wife and daughter were tired after the flight, and my eldest daughter had been waiting for us in Antalya for more than a day. So, hoping that the car was technically sound, I did not insist on a replacement and accepted what was provided. Unfortunately it was wrong. The car turned out to be technically defective. On the first day, on the way from Antalya to Fethiye, I noticed that the engine was warming up on long climbs. I did not pay much attention to it - I thought that diesel engines have such a peculiarity. In Fethiye we did not travel long distances, so we did not experience any inconveniences, except that the car is old and all beaten up, scratched and not particularly presentable. Before returning we decided to spend one day in the town of Kash. And on the way from Kaş to Antalya we found ourselves in a very unpleasant situation. Now I realize that we were given a car with a faulty cooling system, and antifreeze just flowed out when the car moved "face" up. There are almost no flat streets in Kasha - the car was parked overnight on an uphill slope - it probably leaked a lot overnight. And the rests of coolant when driving on serpentine roads ended by the town of Finike, where we stood up with overheated engine. Imagine our condition: the time is 10.00, our eldest daughter has a flight at 14.00, we are on a broken car in a non-tourist place where no one speaks English. The representative of the rental company does not get in touch. My daughter had to send to the airport by cab (and this is not a cheap pleasure - I think she gave something about 100 euros). And we are not clear what to do. Well helped some local Turk - prompted and helped to buy antifreeze. Then I refilled water all the way to drive. The representative of the company, taking the car, in a rude manner refused to compensate us for any expenses, saying that we broke the car, which is not true. I have a video - in what condition we took it - there was no new damage there. And the very nature of the fault says that it is due to poor technical condition - you can damage the bottom part and then all the coolant would be poured out. And since some of the fluid under normal conditions remained in the system, the damage is somewhere inside. And not because of my actions, but because of wear and lack of maintenance. All in all - I don't recommend it to anyone in particular. I had a flight out the next day, so I was able to return this car in Antalya. If we were all flying out at the same time, I would have had to leave it as is. I can't imagine what consequences that would have had for me.

The procedure of renting a car was pretty easy, the most difficult thing was paying. The car itself was absolutely perfect. The stuff was friendly and supportive. After giving the car back we were driven to the airport on the same car by the driver from the company. Attention, please: there are two terminals in Antalya, you should find out in advance which one you will fly from. And please be ready to pay about 100 Turkish lira for cleaning the car you have rented.

the experience wasnt terrible however I rented a citroen on the website but when I got to the rental place they told me they didnt have one on hand. They did false advertisement and gave me a renault symbol. I also requested an automatic car but was given a manuel car. Basically I had to work with what I was given. As a customer I wasnt satisfied with the experience and will probably not use the service again.

I rented a car through this site for the second time and, unfortunately, I was not very lucky the second time. I booked in advance SCODA SCALA, separately wrote a message that this particular car is important, that there will be a lot of luggage. Nobody answered me. At the airport we were met quickly, then we went to the office, which was next to the airport. And here two not very pleasant things happened. First, you could not leave a deposit of 200 dollars in cash, only by card and only your own (it's my fault, I didn't think there would be a problem with it). Since I do not have a foreign card, and my wife's card refused to accept, they said that we can pay an extra $50 for "SUPER COVERAGE". On my question that we already had included was "Super CASCO", I was told that this is even better.... But okay, paid...We go outside and I am told that our car is Renault CLIO. And it does not fit more than two suitcases. And we only had 4 suitcases! Then there were long arguments, calls somewhere...They said that there were no other options. It was lucky that my brother was already in the city (arrived a day earlier), I said that we refuse in this case, called my brother, threw him the address to pick me up with my wife. And only then they said that there was another car. In the end they gave us a FIAT with a normal trunk and we left. It was a pity for time, nerves and 50$ that we paid for "SUPER-ULTRA CASCO".

Everything went perfectly! We flew at night, got our luggage, connected to free internet at the airport, wrote on WhatsApp to the company office. The employee told us which counter to wait for him outside. He came for us in 10 minutes, we loaded into the car, and in 5 minutes we were already at their office. Then we made all the documents, the employee photographed the car from all sides, showed the nearest good gas station in the navigator, and we moved on our two-week journey. Communication was in English, also with the help of google translator. Handing over the car was even faster: we arrived at the company office late in the evening, an employee quickly inspected the car and took photos. I put one signature in the documents, then the employee drove us to the airport. This time the communication was in Russian, as the employee knew it. I took the car with full insurance, so there was no need to leave a deposit. The car is Hyundai i20, released two years ago, automatic transmission, gasoline. Clean inside and out. There was some minor damage on the rear bumper which was recorded on the contract. There were no problems with the car during operation, even without any difficulty we climbed it on the year Babadag to a height of 1700. In general, we had a great time in Turkey.
