The representative of the company replied that everything was fine with the mechanics - it turned out to be true. Regarding three or four cars of the same brand that were standing next to each other and looked like new - the representative said that they had mechanical problems, but it seemed to me that this was not true - if they had mechanical problems - why were they in the parking lot and not in the garage? All child seats were terribly dirty, they could have been rinsed with Karcher once every six months for decency. On renting at the airport - it turned out that they meet us and then take us to the airport, and the point of delivery is 10-15 minutes from the airport. The car did not break down, they met us and took us - so in general I think it is acceptable with a stretch.

We rented a Skoda Scala, but as we were told it was in an accident before our rental, so we were given a Toyota Corola. The car itself was a class above (I guess) but also quite "tired": 1. The brakes worked badly - the pedal was too soft and the car braked at the very last moment 2. the interior was dirty (with trash from previous renters and a dusty interior) 3. On the body almost all elements were damaged (it did not affect the driving qualities and we were not asked for them, but the moment of aesthetics is still important)))) In general, the car coped with its task - took us to all the planned places).

They brought the car on time, everything is fine. The car was brought without gasoline, drove to the gas station, refueled, went by car to where they wanted. It is clear that the car is far from new, it is a rental car, it is all kotsanny and there are questions about its work, there are more than 230k mileage. The box is buzzing, howling at 5. But for this money, and for the speed of delivery, this is the best option if you need to travel around the area somewhere. I went from side to ikea, it turned out cheaper than by bus

We rented the car at 5 am, we were waited for in the office, we were taken to the airport, the deposit was returned. The main disadvantage was that we were not met at the airport.

I rented a Fiat, not a reno Clio. There are 3 things I didn't like about it: 1. The rental cost was 437 dollars. On the spot it was boldly and without blinking an eye rounded up to 440. 2. When I turned in the car I was supposed to get back 60 dollars, instead the manager handed me 50 euros and said that he had no other options. 3. I handed in the car at the airport at 7 am, I was in a hurry to catch a flight. Renting a car in the early morning is a separate service and I paid 15 dollars for it. I agreed in advance on the place and time of car delivery. 30 minutes before arrival I wrote a message on WhatsApp. In fact, the person who takes the car arrived only at 7-30. That is, they took the money for the service, but did not bother to arrive on time.

My flight arrived 2 hours late, but a day before departure I sent the flight data to the rental office so they could see how things were with it. When I arrived I was met, but I was indignant that the flight was delayed and said that the reservation was lost. In the end he made it clear that because of the delay the car is no longer available, which is complete nonsense in my opinion .... In the end he gave the same Fiat, but with a manual, not an automatic and resented that the rental price is very cheap. Then asked for a credit card, I explained to him that the credit card is only RF bank and that you had written that no deposit. He said that yes there is no deposit, but you need a credit card. I offered to leave conditional 300 dollars in cash and that I will take them when I give the car at the end, he was not satisfied, in the end I had to issue hull insurance for 170-180 dollars.... Which is also some nonsense, because he just wrote with a pen that hull insurance paid on his sheet. They clearly have a hull insurance for a year.... The time was late, I had no desire to argue and no time either, I had to go further. So I paid an additional 170 dollars for the "hull insurance", got a mechanic car instead of an automatic for the same money and drove off.

Firstly, the transfer of the car was made not at the airport, as it was written in the terms and conditions, but in an office several kilometers away from the airport, which caused certain difficulties in finding it to return the car. And secondly, despite the fact that under the terms of the contract no additional payments were required, when I was brought with my family and suitcases to the office somewhere in the garages demanded another 480 d for insurance. At the same time, in the voucher I showed them, it was written: "no deposit is required".

the experience wasnt terrible however I rented a citroen on the website but when I got to the rental place they told me they didnt have one on hand. They did false advertisement and gave me a renault symbol. I also requested an automatic car but was given a manuel car. Basically I had to work with what I was given. As a customer I wasnt satisfied with the experience and will probably not use the service again.
