For some reason the drivers were taken to the office for a very long time. 7 people waited outside, including a baby, after a night flight, all tired. And the car was given to us at the office, not at the airport, as it should have been. We often travel and book a car, such registration has not yet seen, very long. And in general, only positive feedback on the car

Not worse. The car in general in good condition, but I had to buy AdBlue myself. It marred the experience a bit. At the end of the lease I went to the office. The car was checked and immediately took us to the airport. I am satisfied with the cooperation.

When I got back, they tried to charge me the extra fee because I returned the car at 4:00pm instead of 11:00pm. This was not a pleasant experience. Apparently no information was provided. Overall I was satisfied. Thank you.

In order of impressions: it all started with a fat spoonful of tar - the rental price doubled due to the inclusion of mandatory insurance with full coverage, which was "forgotten" to mention when booking. That is, the price in the booking sheet with the paid advance payment multiplied by 2! Very ugly! Even so the price was quite adequate, just do not start with lies. Otherwise, everything is fine: met at the airport after a call, in the office 5 minutes away all quickly formalized, the car is new, clean, and a choice in its class, acceptance without problems instantly, from the office to the airport dropped off. The rest of the stated lease terms are correct: cash payment, no deposit, no mileage limit. Apart from the "surprise" price at the start, the rental was excellent.
