Excess 1000 euros of independence from guilt, or you pay extra. 4. A few hours after I received the car I got a "manager Maxim" in my telegram, with an offer of his services to accompany the booking, and then it turned out that there was no Maxim in the firm. In addition, I started getting calls from various numbers, which lasted for almost 3 days. Sootvetstvuet site or the company leaks personal data. 5. Not really a minus, but take it into account. There was a situation with a car that required calling the police. Guys told us how to call, how to behave, but the police do not speak English, and the guys at the request to translate refused with the wording "we have a client, we do not have time. Summary: Given the experience of renting a car in other countries, we can say that the service is not very good, but we can make a correction for the country in which all services are at such a level. The vehicle is not as advertised. I took it for 8 days in June 2025. Drove it from Antalya to Fethiye. The year of production of the car is not 2023 but 2018. Mileage is about 130 t.km. The car was beaten up and done badly. The mounts of the left headlight are soldered, shine because of this into the ground - it is impossible to drive in the evening, you can't see anything. Under the hood is dirtier than in a pigsty. The air ducts are covered with tape. The engine is covered in oil and bonnet. We drove it to Fethiye. There Check Engine lit up, after which she lost 50% of power. We thought we would never go back. In general, I do not recommend it.

But in the beginning there were worries. With all these external shortcomings, the car drove the whole rental period correctly - there are no complaints about its working condition, everything is OK! Overall: I liked everything, the organization of the process is excellent, everything is clear. In the future, I made a note to ask for a photo of the car in advance.
