All in all, everything went fine. But there are a few unpleasant moments: 1. It is always easier to pick up and drop off the car with a full tank 2. On the second day in the car critically dropped the level of urea, the engine light and respectively adblue lights came on. We were on a serpentine road and not much pleasant. 3. We were able to get to the manager only after several calls, he assured us that everything is ok and that we just need to fill up 5 liters of fluid at the nearest gas station. 4. We did it, but naturally the icons did not disappear and the computer warned that after 1000.... 950... 900 km we will not be able to go anywhere 5. My requests to the manager to come and solve it in the service did not get an answer, it was said that he is sick and will try to solve the issue tomorrow. 6. Initially we planned to drive to Cappadocia, but everything had to be naturally replayed, we just drove along the coast. 7. The tank that we filled initially was used up by 1/3. 8. On the day of departure, I wrote several times to the manager about the time of arrival at the airport, in the end we got through to him already standing in the parking lot of the airport. 9. We were offered an alternative. Renault Megane, the car was clean and good. During the whole rental period of 14 days and 2500 km it did not cause any problems. The car was a year older than the one we had booked on the website, plus it had scratches and chips all around, the rear bumper was cracked. The representative of the company replied that everything was fine with the mechanics - it turned out to be true. Regarding three or four cars of the same brand that were standing next to each other and looked like new - the representative said that they had mechanical problems, but it seemed to me that this was not true - if they had mechanical problems - why were they in the parking lot and not in the garage? All child seats were terribly dirty, they could have been rinsed with Karcher once every six months for decency. On renting at the airport - it turned out that they meet us and then take us to the airport, and the point of delivery is 10-15 minutes from the airport. The car did not break down, they met us and took us - so in general I think it is acceptable with a stretch.

Well, in general, the car was not the one that was booked, they gave Hyundai accent instead of Ford focus, for some reason it seems to me that it is of a lower class than the focus, if I knew that they would replace it, I would not have booked it, but because I had to leave already , I had to take an accent, but everything is fine! The tires were from different manufacturers and with different patterns on the same axle at the back, not entirely critical of course, we drove normally, but still, this is not up to standard
