С машиной все хорошо,однако еще до приезда пытались через вотсапп выяснить пару вопросов, но быстро поняли, что с нами общаются через гуглпереводчик и сути вопросав ни кто не понимает. Мы писали и на английском и на русском и на простом английскомм , результат был один:))) При получении в аэропорту нас встретил сотрудник, который говорил только на турецком. Нам пришлось потратить два часа на получение машины , пока созванивались с сотрудником который говорит на английском,(раз 5:)), пока доказывали, что второй водитель у нас уже включен в ваучер, потом нам предложили поставить подпись на планшете. На экране при этом была пара слов на турецком и место для подписи. При уменьшении экрана я увидела многостраничный контракт на турецком. Пришлось требовать перевод и досконально все изучать на английском. При возврате все прошло чуть лучше. Но мы так же пытались выяснить стоит ли нам самим помыть машину. Адекватного ответа не получили. Помыли на мойке. А на месте нам сказали, что доплату за мойку все равно возьмут, т.к у проката своя мойка. Ну в целом так- 4 с минусом

What is important the contract without mileage limitation, for two days we had time to see a lot. After handing over the car (took 3 min) took at our request to the streetcar stop near the airport. The quality of service and the car were excellent. The only thing I would like to improve is to be informed when a car or service is unavailable. I originally found a cheap rental car on your site, booked it, made a travel plan, and notified my friends. And then suddenly that car was no longer available. And I couldn't change my plans. I had to rush to find a replacement, and the new car cost twice as much. It spoiled the impression, but there was no time to look for a cheaper one. Plus it took time and effort to get the money back for the old lease. I understand that it's not 100% your fault, it's the landlord's fault, but It would be nice if you would put only real car offers on the website, and outdated ads would be better monitored and removed. Or fine unscrupulous landlords.

Everything is perfect! Both the price, the car, and the renter. There are a couple of things that you need to know right away: 1. Communication in Watsap, on the website for some reason they did not respond 2. You need to have liras to fill up at the nearest gas station, as the tank is empty and the exchange rate is bad at the gas station attendant - 1 dollar/31 lira 3. it takes 8-10 minutes from the airport to their office, they pick you up at the airport and take you there themselves.

After ordering Opel Combo and the first installment we were informed that there were problems with this car and offered Opel Zafira. I agreed, as there is such a model for 5 seats. At the airport we were brought to 9 seats, which I was just shocked. We were 2 with my wife. But I had to take her. Everything went well. Only we overpaid for everything - in parking lots, on the highway for the size of the car, for gasoline consumption.
