In general, my experience of renting a car from this company left mixed impressions. On the plus side, I should note the location of the rental outside the airport, but they provide a shuttle service to the pickup point. I was given the booked car - Fiat Aegean on diesel with 1.6 engine, which turned out to be in good condition, with low mileage. But the policy of issuing and returning the car with an empty tank is not convenient for the client. There were several negative points. One was the empty tank with "urea" (liquid reagent), which was not filled when the car was issued. This raised questions given that I had filled it up completely, but the urea level had not changed after 1000km. There was also a confusing situation with the insurance terms and conditions. When booking I chose the most complete insurance, but upon arrival I was informed that it was not complete insurance and tried to convince me that otherwise it was not reasonable for the company to rent the car for such a cost. Only after my insistence I was provided with the right insurance, promising to solve this issue with the site. There were no problems when returning the car, and I was promptly taken to the airport. Overall, the rental experience left a mixed impression. I would recommend this company, but you should be careful about insurance terms and additional charges for it.

everything's fine. There was a small problem on the way back. On the receipt, I paid an additional $25 for an extension from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and $100 for additional insurance. When I got back, they tried to charge me the extra fee because I returned the car at 4:00pm instead of 11:00pm. This was not a pleasant experience. Apparently no information was provided. Overall I was satisfied. Thank you.

We rented a car on takecars.com in Antalya. The car was needed for only 24 hours, and we booked 4 days before the rental day. On other sites car rental was from 3 days and with a large deposit. Here we booked the car for only 1 day without any deposit (with full insurance). The car was brought to us at the airport at night as soon as we arrived, and also took us to the airport to the next plane (also at night). We are 100% satisfied with the service. It went well, the car was delivered on time, the car was clean, in good working order, for a week of use I had only positive impressions. From minuses - I wanted Toyota, instead of it they brought a choice of Opel or Kia (compact crossovers) - the class is higher, but I wanted a sedan Toyota. And payment by card - I thought from the card through the terminal will write off 330$, but in fact the calculation was in lira and wrote off about 350$ (cash even with the ATM fee would have been cheaper).

We were given a Citroen C4 as a replacement car, which was quite an unexpected event for us! The car is both higher in class and more spacious! We were two adults and two children, and the trip from the airport to the resort meant a 4 hour drive! So thank you very much for this surprise! The car is fresh, with low mileage. Very sharp and with optimal gasoline consumption. We were very comfortable! Separately I would like to say that there were no problems with communication with the Turkish side. There was a small misunderstanding at the very beginning of our lease, namely, that all the calculations we corresponded in US dollars, and at the time of signing the documents dollars turned into Euros, which significantly increased the cost of rent in terms of Russian rubles! We had to show the correspondence and prove that the original amount was voiced in USD. We agreed on this and there were no more problems! We will continue to use your services and recommend you to our friends!

When we received the car, the tire pressure was 4 atmospheres, which is very good. a lot and it affects driving a car, as well as safety on the road.
