Then I asked how you can understand that this scratch was put by me, if every part of the car has scratches. It was explained to me that everything is documented on video and photos. I have rented a car very many times in Turkey and other countries around the world and never had a situation like this, rather it was always the opposite. I was worried about scratches on the car and asked them to indicate on the form when receiving, but since the rental cars always have minor scratches anyway and I was always told that if there is an accident or any damage, you need to call the police and there will be no problems, and about scratches do not worry, no one pays attention to them. So in this company you take a full helmet and then there should be no problems if you call the police in case of damage. But about small scratches you will have to bear responsibility yourself, because the police do not go to such situations, and the company will demand it from you. Otherwise everything is good! Met at the airport quickly! The office is 3 minutes from the airport. Documents will be processed quickly! I would like to wish you to correspond to the level of all world rental companies and give the opportunity to customers to rent a car with the possibility of a deposit, and not to impose full insurance, so that the client feels comfortable and can use all the options offered!

Then we made all the documents, the employee photographed the car from all sides, showed the nearest good gas station in the navigator, and we moved on our two-week journey. Communication was in English, also with the help of google translator. Handing over the car was even faster: we arrived at the company office late in the evening, an employee quickly inspected the car and took photos. I put one signature in the documents, then the employee drove us to the airport. This time the communication was in Russian, as the employee knew it. I took the car with full insurance, so there was no need to leave a deposit. The car is Hyundai i20, released two years ago, automatic transmission, gasoline. Clean inside and out. There was some minor damage on the rear bumper which was recorded on the contract. There were no problems with the car during operation, even without any difficulty we climbed it on the year Babadag to a height of 1700. In general, we had a great time in Turkey.

The process of registration and receipt of the car was quick and easy, but I contacted the renter in advance and sent all the data, so as not to waste time on the spot. We paid and made a deposit on the spot in cash $. We got a new car with a mileage of only 800km without problems and clean. The process of surrendering the car was also quick and easy, we were waiting at the entrance to the terminal, unloaded, gave the keys, received the deposit and said goodbye. In general we were satisfied. From the minuses: initially we booked a car without a deposit with full insurance. But there was no such thing and we took it with a deposit of 300$. It is not clear why the deposit, if there was also stated full insurance. There were doubts that the insurance is still full, in the rental form from the renter it was not very clear what kind of insurance. Thank God I didn't have to check and the deposit was returned immediately upon acceptance at the airport. Well, it has nothing to do with the process or the condition of the car, but the car is certainly designed for driving exclusively on horizontal surfaces, any rise is a pain for both it and the driver).
