We contacted the lessor at the airport in 5 minutes the car was in the parking lot a couple of minutes to fill out the documents and inspect the car and we are on our way with the family. We took the car for 9 days, there was a minor breakdown on the seventh day the battery died, the landlord quickly solved the problem by buying a new battery. I rented the car also at the airport and there were no problems. In Turkey they realize that tourists are the most profitable business so they do everything to make us happy. Next time I will also order a car through your site. Thank you very much.

Since we do not know the airport of Istanbul, it was hard to understand where the representative of the rental company should be waiting for us. We tried to contact him, but we were constantly redirected to other managers, saying that they would help us there. After 2 hours of calls to different employees, it turned out that the representative of the company that was supposed to meet us left for the office. We had to wait another 15 minutes for him to come back. Further on the road we had a technical question about the car. We had to wait 3 days for an answer. At the moment of handing over the car employees were not in a hurry to draw up the documents, as they were drinking tea. We were also promised to be taken to the airport, but no one was going to hurry here either. They asked us to wait for 10 minutes and did not explain the reason for the delay. We said that we had already started check-in for the flight, but we were just asked to wait. In the end it turned out that we were just waiting for one more person to bring him to the airport. It is clear that the lateness of this person is not the fault of the renter, but it was possible to explain the reason for the delay.

Pros: 1) The car is the one I chose. 2) It was delivered on time. 3) Checkout took little time. 4) Traveled all the way without incident. Cons: 1) Dirty windshield from inside, which made driving at night difficult. 2) Empty tank initially. 3) Employee didn't have change from a $300 bill even though I texted in advance. 4) Left rear tire was flat a third of the way down . 5) Right rear right strut is knocking. 6) Pads in calipers squeak. 7) The steering wheel is squeaky. 8) Dirty seats.
