I rented a Fiat Fiorino for 15 days (approximately) the car is in excellent condition. The contract was concluded quickly, the deposit was returned upon delivery. The inconvenience: we had to sign the contract in the office, the car was ordered to the airport. Because of this our transfer with other family members went to the villa. We had to go to the office, from there then look for the villa and the road. It would be good to make a contract and give the car directly at the airport. The same with the return. First you have to go to the office, return it, and then the same car will take you to the airport.

First of all, no one met us. We had to call roaming, explain who we were, they checked, clarified. In the end we arrived twenty minutes later. When we got to the office, we formalized the documents, but they refused to accept the deposit in cash. We explain to them that the voucher says card or cash. They started to check something in the computer, found it, said yes, you can. Everything else went fine. We rented the car at 5 am, we were waited for in the office, we were taken to the airport, the deposit was returned. The main disadvantage was that we were not met at the airport.

I rented at Istanbul airport for 8 days with return at the airport. I liked everything, the car is almost new (2000 km of mileage), there were no problems when renting and returning (there was full insurance without deductible). I found out the name of the rental company from the correspondence with the manager of aggregator. The office of the rental company is located on one of the floors of a huge 6-storey parking lot with other companies. The company works 24/7, so the return at 7 am did not cause any problems. everything's fine. There was a small problem on the way back. On the receipt, I paid an additional $25 for an extension from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and $100 for additional insurance. When I got back, they tried to charge me the extra fee because I returned the car at 4:00pm instead of 11:00pm. This was not a pleasant experience. Apparently no information was provided.
