Since we do not know the airport of Istanbul, it was hard to understand where the representative of the rental company should be waiting for us. We tried to contact him, but we were constantly redirected to other managers, saying that they would help us there. After 2 hours of calls to different employees, it turned out that the representative of the company that was supposed to meet us left for the office. We had to wait another 15 minutes for him to come back. Further on the road we had a technical question about the car. We had to wait 3 days for an answer. At the moment of handing over the car employees were not in a hurry to draw up the documents, as they were drinking tea. We were also promised to be taken to the airport, but no one was going to hurry here either. They asked us to wait for 10 minutes and did not explain the reason for the delay. We said that we had already started check-in for the flight, but we were just asked to wait. In the end it turned out that we were just waiting for one more person to bring him to the airport. It is clear that the lateness of this person is not the fault of the renter, but it was possible to explain the reason for the delay.

Since we took the car in the evening, in a poorly lit parking lot it is difficult to see the existing damage, but with full insurance it is not required. When returning in this case, respectively, there are no questions. In general, we were very satisfied with the operation of the car and the renter. The only thing, I recommend you to make a reserve at delivery. We handed in at 7 am before the flight. We had to wait 30min, because the employee apparently took the previous clients to the airport, a little nervous. But in the end, everything was accepted, we were taken to the same car, all in time. It went pretty well overall. They gave me a Citroen instead of a Fiat, but I didn't see any problems with that. Signing the documents was as easy and quick as possible, we talked through the nuances of insurance and registration (thank God I didn't need to). There were no problems with the car too, just in case I looked in the trunk: spare tire, jack and key were in place (thank God they were not needed either). It was a bit nerve-wracking when handing over the car, I wrote to the manager the day before handing over the car, but I got an answer from him only 1-2 hours before leaving the hotel. I didn't have a sim and it was important for me to get a reply while I had wifi. It was agreed that I would leave the car at the company office and from there we would be driven to the airport. The approach is good I liked it. I did not like that I arrived a little earlier than agreed time and the office was closed, what to do is unclear without communication. While I was running around looking for wifi, the manager came. But it also turned out a little nervous. Inspection of the car was quick and without problems, the deposit was also returned.
