Secondly, on the site we booked a car on diesel, arrived on gasoline. We were pleased that despite the complete lack of knowledge of the English language of the service representative, friends or colleagues of this representative spoke to us in Russian on the phone. I originally found a cheap rental car on your site, booked it, made a travel plan, and notified my friends. And then suddenly that car was no longer available. And I couldn't change my plans. I had to rush to find a replacement, and the new car cost twice as much. It spoiled the impression, but there was no time to look for a cheaper one. Plus it took time and effort to get the money back for the old lease. I understand that it's not 100% your fault, it's the landlord's fault, but It would be nice if you would put only real car offers on the website, and outdated ads would be better monitored and removed.
