everything's fine. There was a small problem on the way back. On the receipt, I paid an additional $25 for an extension from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and $100 for additional insurance. When I got back, they tried to charge me the extra fee because I returned the car at 4:00pm instead of 11:00pm. This was not a pleasant experience. Apparently no information was provided. Overall I was satisfied. Thank you.

Switched from a Citroen to a fiat white, overall ok. The driver was 30 min late, I was with a child outside it was raining and cold, and after could not find me at the airport, and at the end I got back the old dollars and not my new ones !!!! Old dollars are not accepted everywhere.

No international bank cards were required 3) we were given a different car - instead of Kashkay - Opel Grandland (new, 2025). Even a light class upgrade 4) everything is fine with the car, we had a great ride. 5) final payment without any surprises at all - the Turks sent me a screenshot from local state services with my fines (it amounted to 700 liras - pennies). I gave it to them and everything was fine. A slight disadvantage - the Turks who brought / took the car (different people) did not speak English, not a word at all, not even numerals. In Russian, of course, too. But they explained themselves.

The only service that we managed to find, with the possibility of paying with a Russian prepaid card and a cash deposit in the current situation in the world, thank you for keeping the opportunity for everyone to travel without barriers! Renting a car left mixed feelings. Starting with the late service representative in the rental car for an hour, but by a happy coincidence, our flight was also delayed by 40 minutes. Secondly, on the site we booked a car on diesel, arrived on gasoline. We were pleased that despite the complete lack of knowledge of the English language of the service representative, friends or colleagues of this representative spoke to us in Russian on the phone. The journey turned out to be truly magical thanks to the car. I managed to visit many places, enjoy the local driving style, so to speak, immerse myself completely in Turkish culture. Unlimited mileage has become the main parameter when choosing a service, and here it is included in car rental, you didn’t have to pay anything extra. The car itself is in good condition, it was a pleasure to drive. With pleasure we will use your services many, many more times when we are in Turkey, thank you!!! In general, everything went well. The representative of the rental company contacted me and met me. The only nuance is that in the end they did not give us the car we had planned, referring to the fact that it was not in good working order. First they gave a small one (Renault), then replaced it with a big one, but it was very bumpy. But otherwise all the arrangements were respected.
