1. Delayed the issuance of the car in Istanbul for 3 hours, which disrupted our plans on the first day of the trip. 2. The car was not the one I had booked, although I had made the reservation a month before the trip, instead of Toyota Corolla - Reno Megan. 3. the car arrived dirty (in the cabin), with an empty tank, with a burning tire pressure sensor. I barely made it to the nearest gas station, I thought I would stand in Istanbul traffic jams with an empty tank, pumped up the wheel at the gas station, but it continued to go down little by little. 4. There was no water in the washer tank and you can't fill it because the hood is blocked. Had to water the windshield from a bottle to wash off dust and smudges. 5. Delayed the return of the car for 2 hours, although I brought the car directly to the office in Antalya, but there was no one there. Already had to go to the airport, some how waited for these grief employees of the rental company. 6. The deposit was given in old dollar bills, although I paid with new ones. I do not recommend anyone to get in touch with this rental company, if you do not want to have a lot of problems.
Renault Clio 5 in Turkey
As usual, there was no Clio, they offered me a mechanic car at first, I refused, they said sorry. The time is 3 a.m., don't know what kind of neighborhood. They said that only one variant remained Corolla, but the price is 300$ more expensive, they left me no choice. The next day it turned out that the brake pads should be changed, I wrote to them, they said it was after washing the car 😄, so I drove for 19 days and rattled. And so everything is good 😄
