In order of impressions: it all started with a fat spoonful of tar - the rental price doubled due to the inclusion of mandatory insurance with full coverage, which was "forgotten" to mention when booking. That is, the price in the booking sheet with the paid advance payment multiplied by 2! Very ugly! Even so the price was quite adequate, just do not start with lies. Otherwise, everything is fine: met at the airport after a call, in the office 5 minutes away all quickly formalized, the car is new, clean, and a choice in its class, acceptance without problems instantly, from the office to the airport dropped off. The rest of the stated lease terms are correct: cash payment, no deposit, no mileage limit. Apart from the "surprise" price at the start, the rental was excellent.

I rented a car for two days. The most positive impressions. The staff was in touch from the moment of booking on the website: consulted in messengers, met at the airport and brought to the parking lot, processed quickly, gave (at my request) a holder for a smartphone. What is important the contract without mileage limitation, for two days we had time to see a lot. After handing over the car (took 3 min) took at our request to the streetcar stop near the airport. It went pretty well overall. They gave me a Citroen instead of a Fiat, but I didn't see any problems with that. Signing the documents was as easy and quick as possible, we talked through the nuances of insurance and registration (thank God I didn't need to). There were no problems with the car too, just in case I looked in the trunk: spare tire, jack and key were in place (thank God they were not needed either). It was a bit nerve-wracking when handing over the car, I wrote to the manager the day before handing over the car, but I got an answer from him only 1-2 hours before leaving the hotel. I didn't have a sim and it was important for me to get a reply while I had wifi. It was agreed that I would leave the car at the company office and from there we would be driven to the airport. The approach is good I liked it. I did not like that I arrived a little earlier than agreed time and the office was closed, what to do is unclear without communication. While I was running around looking for wifi, the manager came. But it also turned out a little nervous. Inspection of the car was quick and without problems, the deposit was also returned.

Thank you for the service provided, very convenient on the site ordered at Antalya airport already met me at the car, we drove not far to the office of the company all formalized (deposit 200$) and I went straight to the rented apartments. Then I prolonged the rental car on WhatsApp and when I took the ticket back, I left the car and they took me to the airport. Very convenient and profitable, thank you very much ☺️.

Everything was fine. There was a small delay in the airport when we were trying to find a persn who are going to meet us and bring back to office. But except this all other procedures were quite fast. A men in office was very gentle and do a lot of efforts to find a baby seat for us which fits for my child. Finaly I got brand new nice seat. The car qulity was fine, I do not have any complaints. Drop off procedure was also very fast and gentle.
