This is not the first time I have used this company. Before the pandemic, I rented a car for a trip to Cappadocia. Just like last time everything went fine. The car was provided at the airport, the registration did not take long. The rent was long, the distance traveled is not small. The car did not let us down. The car was delivered at the appointed time. I was satisfied with the service.

1. A friend of the car owner's brother's friend arrived and he was 45 minutes late, even though I had sent the arrival time in advance. 2 . In the so-called office (5-10 min) started twisting arms. The brother demanded a deposit of 300 euros, otherwise he will not give the car. It was useless to show the terms of lease, taken from your site, call the owner, he would not talk to me. Also he demanded to pay insurance 80 dollars. So we argued in broken English for about an hour. Anyway, I paid $75. my brother wrote something in the contract and I left. 3. When returning the car their manager was 15 minutes late and tried to demand money for washing, although I washed the car before handing it over. Disgusting office, I do not recommend it, why deceive customers. P.S. You owe me 75 dollars.

We were able to get to the manager only after several calls, he assured us that everything is ok and that we just need to fill up 5 liters of fluid at the nearest gas station. 4. We did it, but naturally the icons did not disappear and the computer warned that after 1000.... 950... 900 km we will not be able to go anywhere 5. My requests to the manager to come and solve it in the service did not get an answer, it was said that he is sick and will try to solve the issue tomorrow. 6. Initially we planned to drive to Cappadocia, but everything had to be naturally replayed, we just drove along the coast. 7. The tank that we filled initially was used up by 1/3. 8. On the day of departure, I wrote several times to the manager about the time of arrival at the airport, in the end we got through to him already standing in the parking lot of the airport. 9.
