The only drawback, which was inconvenient, was that the car was not locked. When we found out we were already far away and did not waste time on the replacement. The driver met us at the airport and took us to the rental center, everything took about 15 minutes and we were on our way. The car is excellent, communication with the company is also top notch. On the downside, I don't like the system when you have to pick up and return the car with an empty tank. One more unpleasant moment: the company assured me that I could pay the rent by card in dollars, but on the spot there was a conversion into Turkish lira. Otherwise, everything was just fine!
