I rented a car for 15 days from December 19, 2022 to January 8, 2023. The declared Hyundai Accent was not in stock, they replaced it with a fresh Fiat Seger diesel. The car turned out to be nimble and economical (4.4 liters per 100 km). The delivery took place in the same place as received (Antalya Airport). My flight arrived 2 hours late, but a day before departure I sent the flight data to the rental office so they could see how things were with it. When I arrived I was met, but I was indignant that the flight was delayed and said that the reservation was lost. In the end he made it clear that because of the delay the car is no longer available, which is complete nonsense in my opinion .... In the end he gave the same Fiat, but with a manual, not an automatic and resented that the rental price is very cheap. Then asked for a credit card, I explained to him that the credit card is only RF bank and that you had written that no deposit. He said that yes there is no deposit, but you need a credit card. I offered to leave conditional 300 dollars in cash and that I will take them when I give the car at the end, he was not satisfied, in the end I had to issue hull insurance for 170-180 dollars.... Which is also some nonsense, because he just wrote with a pen that hull insurance paid on his sheet. They clearly have a hull insurance for a year.... The time was late, I had no desire to argue and no time either, I had to go further. So I paid an additional 170 dollars for the "hull insurance", got a mechanic car instead of an automatic for the same money and drove off.

Pros: 1) The car is the one I chose. 2) It was delivered on time. 3) Checkout took little time. 4) Traveled all the way without incident. Cons: 1) Dirty windshield from inside, which made driving at night difficult. 2) Empty tank initially. 3) Employee didn't have change from a $300 bill even though I texted in advance. 4) Left rear tire was flat a third of the way down . 5) Right rear right strut is knocking. 6) Pads in calipers squeak. 7) The steering wheel is squeaky. 8) Dirty seats.

Of the good: - expectations of the car matched the offer; - prompt response to messages on watsapp upon arrival at the airport; - quick transfer from the airport to the pickup site; - attentive and polite staff; - possibility to leave a deposit in cash. From the unpleasant: - Long wait (over half an hour) for the trasfer from the car return site to the airport (didn't expect to spend that much time on it). From personal inflated expectations: - The employees of the pickup point incorrectly oriented in the fuel consumption, as a result there were 10 liters in the tank (it would be great if the extra fuel would be compensated by a reduction in the toll road payment).
