God forbid. It's the first and last time I'll be with you. First of all, the car was different, but that's okay. Secondly, the driver was late, that's okay too. He didn't understand a word of Russian or English. Called someone to pass the phone. They refused to take the deposit from the card. Said that they will return a month or longer. Divorced on 100 dollars for full insurance. And still took a $300 cash deposit. Then the voice in the phone asked me to take the driver to the bus stop. The driver got behind the wheel and drove 9 km to the city center where it was convenient for him. There he left me in shorts, without a T-shirt and without a clue how to return to the hotel. I had to take a cab and follow the cab driver. On my return, the receiver immediately went under the car, that there was some damage. UNDER THE CAR!!!!!!! I've taken cars in over 40 countries. This is the first time this has happened. I hope it's the last time

everything is good. the car is big, comfortable. The trunk was roomy - 5 large suitcases and 5 backpacks fit easily (it is better to specify this in the description of the car, because we were looking for a car for a long time and could not understand whether all the luggage would fit or not). We were met at the airport, brought to the office, quickly completed the paperwork, photographed all the damage and we left. when returning the car, the manager quickly inspected the car and took us back to the airport.

I had booked two cars — a Skoda Scala and a Renault Clio. Instead of the Skoda Scala, we were given a Toyota Corolla at the same price and deposit as stated in the voucher. However, there was a problem with the second car, the Renault Clio: the rental company told us that it was unavailable and offered us a second Toyota Corolla instead, but for $350 (the original price was $231), and the deposit stated in the voucher for the Renault Clio was $100, while we were asked to pay $200. This situation was quite unpleasant, as we had prepared the exact amount in advance and did not need a second large car.
