All in all, good. However, they did not bring me a Citroen, but an Opel Crossland. Overall, it made no difference to me. The car was new and clean. Didn't cause any problems. Except that the almost empty tank at delivery is very unaccustomed. It was a little bit difficult to get together with the person who gave the car. In the first place, there were intermediate intermediaries, in the second person hardly spoke English (I ended up calling so that it was faster to agree). The contract is in Turkish, the employee who gave the car did not answer very well even with an interpreter and was in a hurry - I never realized whether my conditions for hull insurance were in line with the order or not. On the car itself - I had to pump up the wheels, good thing there is such an opportunity at gas stations. Among the unexpected surprises - summer tires in January (can I write it off to the region of issue?), which limited my choice of travel destinations (Cappadocia was canceled immediately due to snowfall). I'd also like to know in advance that you have to pay for parking at the airport (antalya) when leaving the airport. Little chance people won't have a card/liras at the moment.

( And there was an unpleasant odor when the engine was running - a stench. I contacted the renter, he reassured me that it will pass - indeed, after 150-200 km it passed. But in the beginning there were worries. With all these external shortcomings, the car drove the whole rental period correctly - there are no complaints about its working condition, everything is OK! Overall: I liked everything, the organization of the process is excellent, everything is clear. In the future, I made a note to ask for a photo of the car in advance.

С машиной все хорошо,однако еще до приезда пытались через вотсапп выяснить пару вопросов, но быстро поняли, что с нами общаются через гуглпереводчик и сути вопросав ни кто не понимает. Мы писали и на английском и на русском и на простом английскомм , результат был один:))) При получении в аэропорту нас встретил сотрудник, который говорил только на турецком. Нам пришлось потратить два часа на получение машины , пока созванивались с сотрудником который говорит на английском,(раз 5:)), пока доказывали, что второй водитель у нас уже включен в ваучер, потом нам предложили поставить подпись на планшете. На экране при этом была пара слов на турецком и место для подписи. При уменьшении экрана я увидела многостраничный контракт на турецком. Пришлось требовать перевод и досконально все изучать на английском. При возврате все прошло чуть лучше. Но мы так же пытались выяснить стоит ли нам самим помыть машину. Адекватного ответа не получили. Помыли на мойке. А на месте нам сказали, что доплату за мойку все равно возьмут, т.к у проката своя мойка. Ну в целом так- 4 с минусом

Plus it took time and effort to get the money back for the old lease.
