The brother demanded a deposit of 300 euros, otherwise he will not give the car. It was useless to show the terms of lease, taken from your site, call the owner, he would not talk to me. Also he demanded to pay insurance 80 dollars. So we argued in broken English for about an hour. Anyway, I paid $75. my brother wrote something in the contract and I left. 3. When returning the car their manager was 15 minutes late and tried to demand money for washing, although I washed the car before handing it over. Disgusting office, I do not recommend it, why deceive customers. P.S. You owe me 75 dollars.

And payment by card - I thought from the card through the terminal will write off 330$, but in fact the calculation was in lira and wrote off about 350$ (cash even with the ATM fee would have been cheaper).

They clarified whether I was really the one who rented the car. They checked and let me go. Thanks to the company's employees for the good service. I will recommend everyone to contact them.
