Renting a car left mixed feelings. Starting with the late service representative in the rental car for an hour, but by a happy coincidence, our flight was also delayed by 40 minutes. Secondly, on the site we booked a car on diesel, arrived on gasoline. We were pleased that despite the complete lack of knowledge of the English language of the service representative, friends or colleagues of this representative spoke to us in Russian on the phone. The journey turned out to be truly magical thanks to the car. I managed to visit many places, enjoy the local driving style, so to speak, immerse myself completely in Turkish culture. Unlimited mileage has become the main parameter when choosing a service, and here it is included in car rental, you didn’t have to pay anything extra. The car itself is in good condition, it was a pleasure to drive. With pleasure we will use your services many, many more times when we are in Turkey, thank you!!! I had booked two cars — a Skoda Scala and a Renault Clio. Instead of the Skoda Scala, we were given a Toyota Corolla at the same price and deposit as stated in the voucher. However, there was a problem with the second car, the Renault Clio: the rental company told us that it was unavailable and offered us a second Toyota Corolla instead, but for $350 (the original price was $231), and the deposit stated in the voucher for the Renault Clio was $100, while we were asked to pay $200. This situation was quite unpleasant, as we had prepared the exact amount in advance and did not need a second large car.
Fiat Egea in Turkey
We had trouble getting away at night in the dark. The car and windows were wet and the windshield wipers were completely worn out. Other than that, everything went well. Also the invoice was received neatly. The Fiat Egea will not be our next choice. The engine is too light, no automatic or "distance control" We would prefer a Megane, automatic, with camera or distance control. If you can offer this, we would love to get back to you in September.

1. Delayed the issuance of the car in Istanbul for 3 hours, which disrupted our plans on the first day of the trip. 2. The car was not the one I had booked, although I had made the reservation a month before the trip, instead of Toyota Corolla - Reno Megan. 3. the car arrived dirty (in the cabin), with an empty tank, with a burning tire pressure sensor. I barely made it to the nearest gas station, I thought I would stand in Istanbul traffic jams with an empty tank, pumped up the wheel at the gas station, but it continued to go down little by little. 4. There was no water in the washer tank and you can't fill it because the hood is blocked. Had to water the windshield from a bottle to wash off dust and smudges. 5. Delayed the return of the car for 2 hours, although I brought the car directly to the office in Antalya, but there was no one there. Already had to go to the airport, some how waited for these grief employees of the rental company. 6. The deposit was given in old dollar bills, although I paid with new ones. I do not recommend anyone to get in touch with this rental company, if you do not want to have a lot of problems.
