In general we liked the car, except that the back seats were dirty, as if something had been spilled, some of us got our clothes dirty and had to cover the seat with our plaid. At one point the exclamation point was on, we contacted the landlord and he said to check the tire pressure, we went to a gas station and pumped them up, but the exclamation point did not go out, it did not affect the quality of the ride. С машиной все хорошо,однако еще до приезда пытались через вотсапп выяснить пару вопросов, но быстро поняли, что с нами общаются через гуглпереводчик и сути вопросав ни кто не понимает. Мы писали и на английском и на русском и на простом английскомм , результат был один:))) При получении в аэропорту нас встретил сотрудник, который говорил только на турецком. Нам пришлось потратить два часа на получение машины , пока созванивались с сотрудником который говорит на английском,(раз 5:)), пока доказывали, что второй водитель у нас уже включен в ваучер, потом нам предложили поставить подпись на планшете. На экране при этом была пара слов на турецком и место для подписи. При уменьшении экрана я увидела многостраничный контракт на турецком. Пришлось требовать перевод и досконально все изучать на английском. При возврате все прошло чуть лучше. Но мы так же пытались выяснить стоит ли нам самим помыть машину. Адекватного ответа не получили. Помыли на мойке. А на месте нам сказали, что доплату за мойку все равно возьмут, т.к у проката своя мойка. Ну в целом так- 4 с минусом

We took this car for 2 weeks. The car is new, comfortable, in excellent condition. The representative of the rental company met us at the airport, took us to the office (10 minutes). The registration was done quite quickly, we paid in cash. Since we took full insurance, no deposit was required. We took additional insurance for absence of police report in case of damage. Since we took the car in the evening, in a poorly lit parking lot it is difficult to see the existing damage, but with full insurance it is not required. When returning in this case, respectively, there are no questions. In general, we were very satisfied with the operation of the car and the renter. The only thing, I recommend you to make a reserve at delivery. We handed in at 7 am before the flight. We had to wait 30min, because the employee apparently took the previous clients to the airport, a little nervous. But in the end, everything was accepted, we were taken to the same car, all in time. In general, I recommend.
