The staff was in touch from the moment of booking on the website: consulted in messengers, met at the airport and brought to the parking lot, processed quickly, gave (at my request) a holder for a smartphone. What is important the contract without mileage limitation, for two days we had time to see a lot. After handing over the car (took 3 min) took at our request to the streetcar stop near the airport. Everything went great! We flew in earlier than our rental car and the car was delivered to us at the airport an hour earlier. We drove 3000 km in Turkey, the car was excellent. There was a small hitch when we handed over the car. According to the contract we had to hand over the car at the airport, but we were told to come to a parking lot a few kilometers from the airport. But from there we were taken to the airport in comfort. I just wish they had warned us about it in advance. But this moment did not affect our mood in any way, the trip was great!

We used a Renault Symbol car in May 2023 for 3 days. At the airport I met the manager, together with him we drove to the office, where we processed the documents and gave the car. The friendly manager told the basic rules, communicated in English and with the help of an online translator. Everything was clear. The car is clean, comfortable, everything is in order, manual transmission, no complaints. During the lease, there were no troubles, the police did not stop. We returned the car to the office early in the morning at no extra charge (we were warned in advance that we had an early flight), the same manager took us to the airport. I liked everything, thank you very much for the service!

everything went perfectly! we had a slight misunderstanding with the delivery of the car - it was brought to a nearby hotel for some reason, but we figured it out, found each other, explained everything to us in an accessible way, signed the documents and parted. The only thing that was not very convenient was that the car was practically with an empty tank, but it was enough to get to the gas station, so everything was fine :) The driver's side mirror did not hold in the car, but we folded the piece of paper five times, put it between the casing and the mirror and that's it it was great :) otherwise the car is 100% working, I liked everything, what we paid for, we got it, and we paid very cheaply when compared with competitors! There was also a problem with the fact that the car did not come to the hotel either, but we successfully found each other again, the car was checked and we parted, everything ended well. Despite some unfortunate coincidences, I am very pleased and plan to contact you next year if we are in the same region! thanks for your work!
