Excess 1000 euros of independence from guilt, or you pay extra. 4. A few hours after I received the car I got a "manager Maxim" in my telegram, with an offer of his services to accompany the booking, and then it turned out that there was no Maxim in the firm. In addition, I started getting calls from various numbers, which lasted for almost 3 days. Sootvetstvuet site or the company leaks personal data. 5. Not really a minus, but take it into account. There was a situation with a car that required calling the police. Guys told us how to call, how to behave, but the police do not speak English, and the guys at the request to translate refused with the wording "we have a client, we do not have time. With this case should not be delayed, because, as it turned out, the time of stay of the car at the airport is limited, we ran out, so we could not leave immediately. It was good that the cash desk was next to the barrier. 2) I was worried that no one called in advance when we had to return the car, because we changed the time of return to earlier. I booked the car a month before arrival. On the day of the rental I was contacted and arranged an appointment to hand over the car. The car fully corresponded to the description and photos from the website. I was handed over the car with a pts, the contract was formalized on the spot. The car was on mechanics, it was comfortable to drive. We drove around the city, in the suburbs and nearby cities, without problems. There were no questions about the technical condition of the rented car. On the last day of the lease I was also contacted and we agreed on the time of the transfer of the car. After inspection of the car I was returned the deposit. In general, I was satisfied with the service!

It didn't go well with my lease! They charged me a lot of extra money before I turned the car in. For the car wash was one. I drove on toll roads, then I was shown a receipt of payment, I agreed to it.
