All in all, everything went fine. But there are a few unpleasant moments: 1. It is always easier to pick up and drop off the car with a full tank 2. On the second day in the car critically dropped the level of urea, the engine light and respectively adblue lights came on. We were on a serpentine road and not much pleasant. 3. We were able to get to the manager only after several calls, he assured us that everything is ok and that we just need to fill up 5 liters of fluid at the nearest gas station. 4. We did it, but naturally the icons did not disappear and the computer warned that after 1000.... 950... 900 km we will not be able to go anywhere 5. My requests to the manager to come and solve it in the service did not get an answer, it was said that he is sick and will try to solve the issue tomorrow. 6. Initially we planned to drive to Cappadocia, but everything had to be naturally replayed, we just drove along the coast. 7. The tank that we filled initially was used up by 1/3. 8. On the day of departure, I wrote several times to the manager about the time of arrival at the airport, in the end we got through to him already standing in the parking lot of the airport. 9. My flight arrived 2 hours late, but a day before departure I sent the flight data to the rental office so they could see how things were with it. When I arrived I was met, but I was indignant that the flight was delayed and said that the reservation was lost. In the end he made it clear that because of the delay the car is no longer available, which is complete nonsense in my opinion .... In the end he gave the same Fiat, but with a manual, not an automatic and resented that the rental price is very cheap. Then asked for a credit card, I explained to him that the credit card is only RF bank and that you had written that no deposit. He said that yes there is no deposit, but you need a credit card. I offered to leave conditional 300 dollars in cash and that I will take them when I give the car at the end, he was not satisfied, in the end I had to issue hull insurance for 170-180 dollars.... Which is also some nonsense, because he just wrote with a pen that hull insurance paid on his sheet. They clearly have a hull insurance for a year.... The time was late, I had no desire to argue and no time either, I had to go further. So I paid an additional 170 dollars for the "hull insurance", got a mechanic car instead of an automatic for the same money and drove off.

С машиной все хорошо,однако еще до приезда пытались через вотсапп выяснить пару вопросов, но быстро поняли, что с нами общаются через гуглпереводчик и сути вопросав ни кто не понимает. Мы писали и на английском и на русском и на простом английскомм , результат был один:))) При получении в аэропорту нас встретил сотрудник, который говорил только на турецком. Нам пришлось потратить два часа на получение машины , пока созванивались с сотрудником который говорит на английском,(раз 5:)), пока доказывали, что второй водитель у нас уже включен в ваучер, потом нам предложили поставить подпись на планшете. На экране при этом была пара слов на турецком и место для подписи. При уменьшении экрана я увидела многостраничный контракт на турецком. Пришлось требовать перевод и досконально все изучать на английском. При возврате все прошло чуть лучше. Но мы так же пытались выяснить стоит ли нам самим помыть машину. Адекватного ответа не получили. Помыли на мойке. А на месте нам сказали, что доплату за мойку все равно возьмут, т.к у проката своя мойка. Ну в целом так- 4 с минусом
