At first, of course, it was disconcerting that the price was much lower than in the well-known aggregators or rentals. But since we booked very late, there were no alternatives. The booking process is simple, quick and clear. We were contacted quickly. Unfortunately, we did not have the car we wanted on the terms we chose. We were offered a replacement on slightly different terms. At the airport they were already waiting for us with a sign. We were escorted to the parking lot to the car. The process of registration and receipt of the car was quick and easy, but I contacted the renter in advance and sent all the data, so as not to waste time on the spot. We paid and made a deposit on the spot in cash $. We got a new car with a mileage of only 800km without problems and clean. The process of surrendering the car was also quick and easy, we were waiting at the entrance to the terminal, unloaded, gave the keys, received the deposit and said goodbye. In general we were satisfied. From the minuses: initially we booked a car without a deposit with full insurance. But there was no such thing and we took it with a deposit of 300$. It is not clear why the deposit, if there was also stated full insurance. There were doubts that the insurance is still full, in the rental form from the renter it was not very clear what kind of insurance. Thank God I didn't have to check and the deposit was returned immediately upon acceptance at the airport. Well, it has nothing to do with the process or the condition of the car, but the car is certainly designed for driving exclusively on horizontal surfaces, any rise is a pain for both it and the driver). I repeat, in general we were satisfied with everything. Thank you very much

It went pretty well overall. They gave me a Citroen instead of a Fiat, but I didn't see any problems with that. Signing the documents was as easy and quick as possible, we talked through the nuances of insurance and registration (thank God I didn't need to). There were no problems with the car too, just in case I looked in the trunk: spare tire, jack and key were in place (thank God they were not needed either). It was a bit nerve-wracking when handing over the car, I wrote to the manager the day before handing over the car, but I got an answer from him only 1-2 hours before leaving the hotel. I didn't have a sim and it was important for me to get a reply while I had wifi. It was agreed that I would leave the car at the company office and from there we would be driven to the airport. The approach is good I liked it. I did not like that I arrived a little earlier than agreed time and the office was closed, what to do is unclear without communication. While I was running around looking for wifi, the manager came. But it also turned out a little nervous. Inspection of the car was quick and without problems, the deposit was also returned.

This summer I booked a car on the TakeCars website. On arrival in Antalya, we were met and taken to the rental office. There we looked at the car and completed the paperwork. At the end of the rental period I handed the car in the bureau and we were taken to the airport. It should be noted that the car instead of Renault Clio was Renault Megan. The driver met us at the airport and took us to the rental center, everything took about 15 minutes and we were on our way. The car is excellent, communication with the company is also top notch. On the downside, I don't like the system when you have to pick up and return the car with an empty tank. One more unpleasant moment: the company assured me that I could pay the rent by card in dollars, but on the spot there was a conversion into Turkish lira. Otherwise, everything was just fine!
