Everything went well, I was met at the airport, taken to the office where all the documents were drawn up. The car was the same as we had booked, in good condition. There were two things that we did not like very much. First: the car had no fuel at all, we had to look for a gas station. The second: when we handed over the car we were charged 300 lira for travel on toll roads, but the bill for them did not show. According to our data, we had to pay 150 liras for the toll roads. Emir met us at the airport and took us to the office to sign the contract - it is 8-10 minutes from the airport. The whole procedure took another 10 minutes and we picked up the car. I took a Renault Clio - clean, fresh. It was just right for Istanbul! I rented the car at the same place where I signed the contract. It took no more than 10 minutes. Emir also took us from there to the airport. I am completely satisfied with the service, I recommend it!

At first, of course, it was disconcerting that the price was much lower than in the well-known aggregators or rentals. But since we booked very late, there were no alternatives. The booking process is simple, quick and clear. We were contacted quickly. Unfortunately, we did not have the car we wanted on the terms we chose. We were offered a replacement on slightly different terms. At the airport they were already waiting for us with a sign. We were escorted to the parking lot to the car. The process of registration and receipt of the car was quick and easy, but I contacted the renter in advance and sent all the data, so as not to waste time on the spot. We paid and made a deposit on the spot in cash $. We got a new car with a mileage of only 800km without problems and clean. The process of surrendering the car was also quick and easy, we were waiting at the entrance to the terminal, unloaded, gave the keys, received the deposit and said goodbye. In general we were satisfied. From the minuses: initially we booked a car without a deposit with full insurance. But there was no such thing and we took it with a deposit of 300$. It is not clear why the deposit, if there was also stated full insurance. There were doubts that the insurance is still full, in the rental form from the renter it was not very clear what kind of insurance. Thank God I didn't have to check and the deposit was returned immediately upon acceptance at the airport. Well, it has nothing to do with the process or the condition of the car, but the car is certainly designed for driving exclusively on horizontal surfaces, any rise is a pain for both it and the driver). I repeat, in general we were satisfied with everything. Thank you very much
