In general we liked the car, except that the back seats were dirty, as if something had been spilled, some of us got our clothes dirty and had to cover the seat with our plaid. At one point the exclamation point was on, we contacted the landlord and he said to check the tire pressure, we went to a gas station and pumped them up, but the exclamation point did not go out, it did not affect the quality of the ride. The car was delivered and picked up very quickly. Deposit was refunded in full. Thank you!

We were not given a Dacia sandero but an Opel mokka, a higher class car. We brought the car to the address and picked it up at another address which we had changed, the landlord answered all questions and was calm about the other address. The only disadvantage is that at first we refused to take 50$ bills under the pretext that they are more often forged. So we put them in the deposit, which gave us the old 100$ (green). Well and cars provided with a minimum amount of fuel (barely got to the gas station) in an unknown city. And so overall everything went great 9/10

They gave me another Renault car, a dirty one. When I said I did not order this car so rudely responded if you want to take it do not want another client waiting for another customer sat down and drove away barely returned back from desperation. The driver met us at the airport and took us to the rental center, everything took about 15 minutes and we were on our way. The car is excellent, communication with the company is also top notch. On the downside, I don't like the system when you have to pick up and return the car with an empty tank. One more unpleasant moment: the company assured me that I could pay the rent by card in dollars, but on the spot there was a conversion into Turkish lira. Otherwise, everything was just fine!

my experience was a bad one. We were given a car with horrible, worn and almost crushed wheels, so much so that one of them went flat during the night and we were stranded. There were no tools in the car to replace it, so we were stranded in the middle of the night and had to take a cab. The contact person was no help even the next day and we had to look for a solution in an area we were unfamiliar with.

Everything was fine. There was a small delay in the airport when we were trying to find a persn who are going to meet us and bring back to office. But except this all other procedures were quite fast. A men in office was very gentle and do a lot of efforts to find a baby seat for us which fits for my child. Finaly I got brand new nice seat. The car qulity was fine, I do not have any complaints. Drop off procedure was also very fast and gentle.

It was not a good start! I had specified a specific arrival time. Called when I landed! I ended up waiting outside for exactly one hour! I was transferred from phone to phone. So the organization of the rental was disgusting!
