And nobody from your side didn’t send me money for tire repair back.

Receiving the vehicle was horrible! We waited for the car for over an hour. We ordered a diesel, but they brought gasoline. When asked why, they replied that there were no other cars. The car was very dirty and with a complete lack of gasoline. We asked: where we can refuel, we were told that the empty tank is exclusively our problem. The manager had no change, he promised to return the change upon receipt of the car, but of course we forgot about it. In general got absolutely "inadequate" and the most rude manager. Further problems did not arise!

Of the good: - expectations of the car matched the offer; - prompt response to messages on watsapp upon arrival at the airport; - quick transfer from the airport to the pickup site; - attentive and polite staff; - possibility to leave a deposit in cash. From the unpleasant: - Long wait (over half an hour) for the trasfer from the car return site to the airport (didn't expect to spend that much time on it). From personal inflated expectations: - The employees of the pickup point incorrectly oriented in the fuel consumption, as a result there were 10 liters in the tank (it would be great if the extra fuel would be compensated by a reduction in the toll road payment).

The cooperation went well. The company representative met me at the airport on time and took me to the office for the paperwork. The booked car was not available - we were given another one. Not worse. The car in general in good condition, but I had to buy AdBlue myself. It marred the experience a bit. At the end of the lease I went to the office. The car was checked and immediately took us to the airport. I am satisfied with the cooperation.

The driver met us at the airport and took us to the rental center, everything took about 15 minutes and we were on our way. The car is excellent, communication with the company is also top notch. On the downside, I don't like the system when you have to pick up and return the car with an empty tank. One more unpleasant moment: the company assured me that I could pay the rent by card in dollars, but on the spot there was a conversion into Turkish lira. Otherwise, everything was just fine!

1) transparent pricing on the website 2) convenient prepayment by ruble card / cash on the spot. No international bank cards were required 3) we were given a different car - instead of Kashkay - Opel Grandland (new, 2025). Even a light class upgrade 4) everything is fine with the car, we had a great ride. 5) final payment without any surprises at all - the Turks sent me a screenshot from local state services with my fines (it amounted to 700 liras - pennies). I gave it to them and everything was fine. A slight disadvantage - the Turks who brought / took the car (different people) did not speak English, not a word at all, not even numerals. In Russian, of course, too. But they explained themselves.
