Now let's go to those who rent it, met, came to the office and began imposing deposit, full insurance, although when we booked in the voucher says that without deposit, without insurance. Increase the cost twice and in fact you have nowhere to go because you are with suitcases. We refused them and said to take us to the airport, when already booked another car began to write agreeing with the terms of the reservation, and still $ 60 more expensive, because we already had a deposit paid to the office did not want to deal with the return and agreed, they came and took us. Spent on all this 1-30, very many times I have booked cars, this has not happened yet. On the return wrote a day in advance that we will be 8-00 because we need to go to the airport. At 8-00 no one, no one on the phone, WhatsApp does not answer waited until 8-40, wrote that I will leave at the airport. Just drove away began to call, had to return. At the time of registration, the manager sold us a story with insurance, but after refusal with the wording that it is too expensive for us - stopped. At the same time he warned about possible risks. They are quite high, so I would recommend using the insurance if possible. The car itself was in good condition, the only thing was that the brakes were squeaking and getting hot - they obviously need maintenance. But I think this problem arose later, so there are no complaints.

Receiving the vehicle was horrible! We waited for the car for over an hour. We ordered a diesel, but they brought gasoline. When asked why, they replied that there were no other cars. The manager had no change, he promised to return the change upon receipt of the car, but of course we forgot about it. In general got absolutely "inadequate" and the most rude manager.
