In general, my experience of renting a car from this company left mixed impressions. On the plus side, I should note the location of the rental outside the airport, but they provide a shuttle service to the pickup point. I was given the booked car - Fiat Aegean on diesel with 1.6 engine, which turned out to be in good condition, with low mileage. But the policy of issuing and returning the car with an empty tank is not convenient for the client. There were several negative points. One was the empty tank with "urea" (liquid reagent), which was not filled when the car was issued. This raised questions given that I had filled it up completely, but the urea level had not changed after 1000km. There was also a confusing situation with the insurance terms and conditions. When booking I chose the most complete insurance, but upon arrival I was informed that it was not complete insurance and tried to convince me that otherwise it was not reasonable for the company to rent the car for such a cost. Only after my insistence I was provided with the right insurance, promising to solve this issue with the site. There were no problems when returning the car, and I was promptly taken to the airport. Overall, the rental experience left a mixed impression. I would recommend this company, but you should be careful about insurance terms and additional charges for it.

All in all, it went pretty well. But we found out that we had changed our car to a Hyundai Bayon right at the car handover. We had to go to the car with the person who issued the car, with suitcases in the cabin, a small child on his lap and not in a seat, a baby stroller on his lap in the cabin. The car we were given was without a child seat, and we had to wait an hour for one.

The service is good - convenient. The landlord turned out to be incompetent. When handing over the car - they took photos from such an angle/angle that one of the damages on the passenger door was not visible on the photo. It is not the first time we rent a car and we know such attempts to deceive, so we made a photo of this place on our phone. When returning the car - the lessor pointed us to this damage and said that it was not at the transfer of the car - allegedly confirming his words by showing us the photos made, then the dialog he tried to build that you need to pay for the repair and now he will find out the cost, but to his great regret - we told him that this trick will not work with us, as we have a photo confirming that the car was issued to us with this damage, to his great regret and frustration, he had to give the deposit and we parted.

We rented a car on takecars.com in Antalya. The car was needed for only 24 hours, and we booked 4 days before the rental day. On other sites car rental was from 3 days and with a large deposit. Here we booked the car for only 1 day without any deposit (with full insurance). The car was brought to us at the airport at night as soon as we arrived, and also took us to the airport to the next plane (also at night). We are 100% satisfied with the service. Already recommended to our friends. Thank you

The car was replaced unfortunately, they said the engine was broken. I suspect that they were deceived as this is a common practice in Turkey. Naturally, we were not warned about the replacement in advance, although we were in touch with the renter. They tried to replace it with a small Hyundai, but when they saw that we were 5 people with bogazhge, they offered an old Taita Corolla. The car was underpowered and as we were in a mountainous area it was difficult to drive. Otherwise everything went well
