Good day, the company is good if you take full coverage insurance. I chose the rental option with a $300 deposit, but when I got the car I was told that if I didn't take the full coverage, I would have to pay $50 to $100 for any scratch, for any minor scratch, if I didn't call the police. I said I would call the police, but was told that the police don't come because of a scratch and therefore I would have to pay. Then I asked how you can understand that this scratch was put by me, if every part of the car has scratches. It was explained to me that everything is documented on video and photos. I have rented a car very many times in Turkey and other countries around the world and never had a situation like this, rather it was always the opposite. I was worried about scratches on the car and asked them to indicate on the form when receiving, but since the rental cars always have minor scratches anyway and I was always told that if there is an accident or any damage, you need to call the police and there will be no problems, and about scratches do not worry, no one pays attention to them. So in this company you take a full helmet and then there should be no problems if you call the police in case of damage. But about small scratches you will have to bear responsibility yourself, because the police do not go to such situations, and the company will demand it from you. Otherwise everything is good! Met at the airport quickly! The office is 3 minutes from the airport. Documents will be processed quickly! I would like to wish you to correspond to the level of all world rental companies and give the opportunity to customers to rent a car with the possibility of a deposit, and not to impose full insurance, so that the client feels comfortable and can use all the options offered!

No international bank cards were required 3) we were given a different car - instead of Kashkay - Opel Grandland (new, 2025). Even a light class upgrade 4) everything is fine with the car, we had a great ride. 5) final payment without any surprises at all - the Turks sent me a screenshot from local state services with my fines (it amounted to 700 liras - pennies). I gave it to them and everything was fine. A slight disadvantage - the Turks who brought / took the car (different people) did not speak English, not a word at all, not even numerals. In Russian, of course, too. But they explained themselves.

We ordered a Fiat car, but we got a similar Hyundai Accent with 155000 km of mileage. We were a little worried as we were taking the car for a long trip of 2000 km through the cities of Turkey. However, Hyundai did not let us down - diesel, fast and powerful car in excellent condition, roomy and comfortable - carried 4 people with suitcases through the country. The car cost us very little - 335$ for 12 days + deposit of only 50$. This amount included insurance full CASCO + (from everything in general) and delivery of the car to the hotel and pickup from the hotel (50$). We paid in cash, which is also very convenient for Russians. Be ready that 50$ of deposit will be fully paid for the toll roads and fines. The car is equipped with an electronic toll road pass system - you don't have to pay anything, you pass automatically, the bills come to the rental office. There are small questions about the service - we ordered a car with delivery to the hotel at 9 am. In the evening the manager contacted us on WhatsApp and tried to persuade us to take the car in the evening, as in the morning traffic jams and they will not have time to deliver it by 9. But in the evening we could not take the car, so we agreed on the morning, taking into account the traffic jams - 11 am. As a result, the car was delivered at 1pm. I was in touch with the manager Turan all the time, and it is obvious that the problem of delay is not in traffic - he said that he left the office in our direction only at 10:20 am, although he should have taken into account the traffic and left earlier. Because of the late delivery, our entire travel plan was disrupted and we arrived in Izmir at night. The car was given to us with a blinking gas tank light. But otherwise, the managers are quick to respond on watsapp, answer questions, not nagging when returning the car. Despite some difficulties, I would like to recommend this company, the prices are very nice, the employees are polite and friendly, our car was in excellent condition.

On renting a car. Used a Hyundai i20 rental and want to thank you for the clarity in time. Did not have to wait anywhere for the renter. Told/displayed everything. Showed maximum involvement on the first day of the car drop off. We were 3 adults and a child. Suitcases as a magician all laid out as neatly and quickly as possible. Very helpful. There were no complaints during the rental. There was 1 moment, but quickly got an answer. Also on the day the car was returned, the deposit was returned/car was given back. Dacia Lodgy in Turkey
We rented a Dacia Lodgy 7 Seater in July 2023. 3 adults and 4 children fit in the cabin, even 2 suitcases and hand luggage fit in the trunk. The car was delivered to us directly to the airport, but with a slight delay. Dacia was not afraid of the steep streets of Kalkan, the cabin was perfectly cooled by air conditioning. Roads in Turkey and interchanges are not complicated, so we recommend renting a car. You get complete freedom of movement. The next time we visit Turkey we will turn to the same company. We liked everything!
