I rented a Fiat, not a reno Clio. There are 3 things I didn't like about it: 1. The rental cost was 437 dollars. On the spot it was boldly and without blinking an eye rounded up to 440. 2. When I turned in the car I was supposed to get back 60 dollars, instead the manager handed me 50 euros and said that he had no other options. 3. I handed in the car at the airport at 7 am, I was in a hurry to catch a flight. Renting a car in the early morning is a separate service and I paid 15 dollars for it. I agreed in advance on the place and time of car delivery. 30 minutes before arrival I wrote a message on WhatsApp. In fact, the person who takes the car arrived only at 7-30. That is, they took the money for the service, but did not bother to arrive on time.

We got a slightly scratched car, and I was worried that there would be problems when returning it (although all the scratches were included in the contract). we had to wait a little while for the car, but they took us from the airport to the office to make it easier to wait. the car was kind of a better car, diesel. the car was a bit old technically, you could see it had been beaten up, maybe even once badly beaten up and badly repaired. and the most offensive thing is that I poured urea into the car when the light bulb came on, although in theory I would have had enough urea to drive and hand over the car, but I didn't take any risks, so as not to miss the plane ... I had to buy and pour, and there was not even a funnel in the car, they did not compensate me for urea, although I poured 5 liters (they do not sell less), and this is for 5-6 thousand km, and drove 1 thousand.

All in all, it went pretty well. But we found out that we had changed our car to a Hyundai Bayon right at the car handover. We had to go to the car with the person who issued the car, with suitcases in the cabin, a small child on his lap and not in a seat, a baby stroller on his lap in the cabin. The car we were given was without a child seat, and we had to wait an hour for one.
