Be sure to take out a full package of all possible insurances. Find out if there will be coverage for windows/mirrors and tires. Not only inspect the car inside and out before acceptance, but take pictures of any defects, odometer and fuel readings. Don't be in a hurry to drive far away right away. Mechanical defects may appear on the move. On my car the robotized transmission worked badly, but I realized it only after a few kilometers, and did not return to replace the car.
