We were met at the airport, were taken by a comfortable car to the parking lot of the rental company (about 10 minutes from Istanbul airport), quickly issued a car in accordance with the reservation. We contacted the lessor at the airport in 5 minutes the car was in the parking lot a couple of minutes to fill out the documents and inspect the car and we are on our way with the family. We took the car for 9 days, there was a minor breakdown on the seventh day the battery died, the landlord quickly solved the problem by buying a new battery. I rented the car also at the airport and there were no problems. In Turkey they realize that tourists are the most profitable business so they do everything to make us happy. Next time I will also order a car through your site. Thank you very much.

I rented a Fiat, not a reno Clio. There are 3 things I didn't like about it: 1. The rental cost was 437 dollars. On the spot it was boldly and without blinking an eye rounded up to 440. 2. When I turned in the car I was supposed to get back 60 dollars, instead the manager handed me 50 euros and said that he had no other options. 3. I handed in the car at the airport at 7 am, I was in a hurry to catch a flight. Renting a car in the early morning is a separate service and I paid 15 dollars for it. I agreed in advance on the place and time of car delivery. 30 minutes before arrival I wrote a message on WhatsApp. In fact, the person who takes the car arrived only at 7-30. That is, they took the money for the service, but did not bother to arrive on time.
