Instead of going on your own business, you go straight to a gas station or an exchange office. At least 10 liters in the tank should be, ideally - full. 3. Terms of insurance. Excess 1000 euros of independence from guilt, or you pay extra. 4. A few hours after I received the car I got a "manager Maxim" in my telegram, with an offer of his services to accompany the booking, and then it turned out that there was no Maxim in the firm. In addition, I started getting calls from various numbers, which lasted for almost 3 days. Sootvetstvuet site or the company leaks personal data. 5. Not really a minus, but take it into account. There was a situation with a car that required calling the police. Guys told us how to call, how to behave, but the police do not speak English, and the guys at the request to translate refused with the wording "we have a client, we do not have time. Summary: Given the experience of renting a car in other countries, we can say that the service is not very good, but we can make a correction for the country in which all services are at such a level. There were no complaints about the car, it was a fresh Renault Clio automatic. The guys picked me up at the airport and brought me to their office. Quickly inspected the car and signed the documents. I rented the car without deposit and with a child seat. At the end of the rental period I needed to extend the car for one more day - no problem! The return was very smooth and quick.
