Mercedes-Benz C180 in Turkey
The vehicle is not as advertised. I took it for 8 days in June 2025. Drove it from Antalya to Fethiye. The year of production of the car is not 2023 but 2018. Mileage is about 130 t.km. The car was beaten up and done badly. The mounts of the left headlight are soldered, shine because of this into the ground - it is impossible to drive in the evening, you can't see anything. Under the hood is dirtier than in a pigsty. The air ducts are covered with tape. The engine is covered in oil and bonnet. We drove it to Fethiye. There Check Engine lit up, after which she lost 50% of power. We thought we would never go back. In general, I do not recommend it.

All in all, everything went fine. But there are a few unpleasant moments: 1. It is always easier to pick up and drop off the car with a full tank 2. On the second day in the car critically dropped the level of urea, the engine light and respectively adblue lights came on. We were on a serpentine road and not much pleasant. 3. We were able to get to the manager only after several calls, he assured us that everything is ok and that we just need to fill up 5 liters of fluid at the nearest gas station. 4. We did it, but naturally the icons did not disappear and the computer warned that after 1000.... 950... 900 km we will not be able to go anywhere 5. My requests to the manager to come and solve it in the service did not get an answer, it was said that he is sick and will try to solve the issue tomorrow. 6. Initially we planned to drive to Cappadocia, but everything had to be naturally replayed, we just drove along the coast. 7. The tank that we filled initially was used up by 1/3. 8. On the day of departure, I wrote several times to the manager about the time of arrival at the airport, in the end we got through to him already standing in the parking lot of the airport. 9. Receiving the vehicle was horrible! We waited for the car for over an hour. We ordered a diesel, but they brought gasoline. When asked why, they replied that there were no other cars. The car was very dirty and with a complete lack of gasoline. We asked: where we can refuel, we were told that the empty tank is exclusively our problem. The manager had no change, he promised to return the change upon receipt of the car, but of course we forgot about it. In general got absolutely "inadequate" and the most rude manager. Further problems did not arise!

Basically everything went well: the car was delivered and picked up on time, the registration was quick. The car was excellent, new. It was disappointing that the car was delivered with an empty tank and a low fuel light on. I had to change money at the airport at an unfavorable rate to refuel on the way from the airport to the city. I also had to pay for toll roads when handing over the car - it's normal, but it would be good to bring some printout with expenses, or send it to watsap, not just to name a figure. Thank you!

Overall everything was good, positive impressions. Among the particularly positive things: it was convenient that they delivered to my door, communicated in a language I was comfortable with, and were able to deliver at a time that was convenient for me. From the negative - there was practically no fuel in the car after delivery, I did not pay attention to it, and when the light bulb came on I became nervous and looked for a gas station, filled up a full tank, not really understanding how much I would need and after renting left more than half of the tank to you without any payment. Thanks for the lesson! If I need to rent a car again, I will gladly contact you again, but I will keep in mind the nuances of fuel).
