The car was replaced unfortunately, they said the engine was broken. I suspect that they were deceived as this is a common practice in Turkey. Naturally, we were not warned about the replacement in advance, although we were in touch with the renter. They tried to replace it with a small Hyundai, but when they saw that we were 5 people with bogazhge, they offered an old Taita Corolla. The car was underpowered and as we were in a mountainous area it was difficult to drive. Otherwise everything went well

I rented, but they gave me an Opel crossland with a surcharge, because I didn't have a Hyundai. We were given a Citroen C4 as a replacement car, which was quite an unexpected event for us! The car is both higher in class and more spacious! We were two adults and two children, and the trip from the airport to the resort meant a 4 hour drive! So thank you very much for this surprise! The car is fresh, with low mileage. Very sharp and with optimal gasoline consumption. We were very comfortable! Separately I would like to say that there were no problems with communication with the Turkish side. There was a small misunderstanding at the very beginning of our lease, namely, that all the calculations we corresponded in US dollars, and at the time of signing the documents dollars turned into Euros, which significantly increased the cost of rent in terms of Russian rubles! We had to show the correspondence and prove that the original amount was voiced in USD. We agreed on this and there were no more problems! We will continue to use your services and recommend you to our friends!

In order of impressions: it all started with a fat spoonful of tar - the rental price doubled due to the inclusion of mandatory insurance with full coverage, which was "forgotten" to mention when booking. That is, the price in the booking sheet with the paid advance payment multiplied by 2! Very ugly! Even so the price was quite adequate, just do not start with lies. Otherwise, everything is fine: met at the airport after a call, in the office 5 minutes away all quickly formalized, the car is new, clean, and a choice in its class, acceptance without problems instantly, from the office to the airport dropped off. The rest of the stated lease terms are correct: cash payment, no deposit, no mileage limit. Apart from the "surprise" price at the start, the rental was excellent.
Hyundai i20 in Turkey
Instead of a Hyundai we were given a Renault, which was fine. The car is certainly not a Mercedes or even a Skoda, but it was better than a cab or a bus. Convenient meeting at the airport all clearly according to the contract without deceit and so on all questions answered phone to connect helped! A huge disadvantage is to give a car with an empty tank such a self and in people in a foreign country (especially knowing the French car industry when the light bulb is on gas can run out in 5 km, it is not a German on which another 50-60 km can be driven around the city before it will stand up).
