No question about the car, new 2024, mileage 22000 km. Now let's go to those who rent it, met, came to the office and began imposing deposit, full insurance, although when we booked in the voucher says that without deposit, without insurance. Increase the cost twice and in fact you have nowhere to go because you are with suitcases. We refused them and said to take us to the airport, when already booked another car began to write agreeing with the terms of the reservation, and still $ 60 more expensive, because we already had a deposit paid to the office did not want to deal with the return and agreed, they came and took us. Spent on all this 1-30, very many times I have booked cars, this has not happened yet. On the return wrote a day in advance that we will be 8-00 because we need to go to the airport. At 8-00 no one, no one on the phone, WhatsApp does not answer waited until 8-40, wrote that I will leave at the airport. Just drove away began to call, had to return. So guys do not advise these people, if you do not go spend your time and nerves. There are other suppliers on this site who fulfill the conditions and it all takes 10 minutes.

1. Delayed the issuance of the car in Istanbul for 3 hours, which disrupted our plans on the first day of the trip. 2. The car was not the one I had booked, although I had made the reservation a month before the trip, instead of Toyota Corolla - Reno Megan. 3. the car arrived dirty (in the cabin), with an empty tank, with a burning tire pressure sensor. I barely made it to the nearest gas station, I thought I would stand in Istanbul traffic jams with an empty tank, pumped up the wheel at the gas station, but it continued to go down little by little. 4. There was no water in the washer tank and you can't fill it because the hood is blocked. Had to water the windshield from a bottle to wash off dust and smudges. 5. Delayed the return of the car for 2 hours, although I brought the car directly to the office in Antalya, but there was no one there. Already had to go to the airport, some how waited for these grief employees of the rental company. 6. The deposit was given in old dollar bills, although I paid with new ones. I do not recommend anyone to get in touch with this rental company, if you do not want to have a lot of problems.

I would like to share my impressions from my trip to Turkey in September 2024 and renting a car from TakeCars. I booked a Reno Clio with full insurance for 7 days on the TakeCars website. When booking on the website I paid part of the payment with a Russian card. On arrival the guys quickly met me at the airport, they spoke a little Russian + smartphone translator :). We got to the office in 10 minutes, while the documents were being processed, we were treated to coffee. The car was a Hunday i20, but from the same line, so we were happy. It never let us down, economical and reliable car. We drove straight away to Oludeniz, then along the coast to Kemer. The car was taken without problems and unnecessary questions. As a result we saw a lot of beautiful and extremely beautiful locations, beaches from Fethiye to Kash, butterfly bay, Saklikent canyon, Lycian trail, ancient amphitheaters and a lot of things along the way. You should definitely travel by car. I recommend TakeCars. Fast, budget and reliable!

1. there was no Opel corsa. It was fiat. 2. vendor ignored my message on site. 3. vendor ignored contacts I left on the site and called me in whats up. My friend was not having watsup at arrival, so it took time to connect. 4. vendor took $15 with idea "return clean car or I'll leave money", but because of accumulator was down I wasn't able to clean car and return my money 5. Accumulator was down at the day of car return. Vendor didn't detected it on the video, so he bought more fuel to try fix the issue and I've paid for it. Everything else was good. I was met at airport with a little delay. I was returned to airport at time, even since car was not moving because of accumulator so vendor came to me to take both car and me.

We were given a Citroen C4 as a replacement car, which was quite an unexpected event for us! The car is both higher in class and more spacious! We were two adults and two children, and the trip from the airport to the resort meant a 4 hour drive! So thank you very much for this surprise! The car is fresh, with low mileage. Very sharp and with optimal gasoline consumption. We were very comfortable! Separately I would like to say that there were no problems with communication with the Turkish side. There was a small misunderstanding at the very beginning of our lease, namely, that all the calculations we corresponded in US dollars, and at the time of signing the documents dollars turned into Euros, which significantly increased the cost of rent in terms of Russian rubles! We had to show the correspondence and prove that the original amount was voiced in USD. We agreed on this and there were no more problems! We will continue to use your services and recommend you to our friends!
