I rented at Istanbul airport for 8 days with return at the airport. I liked everything, the car is almost new (2000 km of mileage), there were no problems when renting and returning (there was full insurance without deductible). I found out the name of the rental company from the correspondence with the manager of aggregator. The office of the rental company is located on one of the floors of a huge 6-storey parking lot with other companies. The company works 24/7, so the return at 7 am did not cause any problems. All in all, it's fine. There are a few wishes. 1. Upon receipt, despite repeated questions, it was not clear where to get the car. The lessor did not clearly explain. The place indicated by the lessor is not accurate. 2. It is necessary to have a spare tire in the car (without a spare tire in the mountains is troublesome). 3. It is very desirable to install a bright clear sign of the name of the rental company in the place of turning from the street (to make it easier for customers to find the office when returning the car). There are no questions about the work of the site, the registration of the lease is quick and clear. Convenient search and good rental conditions. We had problems with the car rental company. Since we do not know the airport of Istanbul, it was hard to understand where the representative of the rental company should be waiting for us. We tried to contact him, but we were constantly redirected to other managers, saying that they would help us there. After 2 hours of calls to different employees, it turned out that the representative of the company that was supposed to meet us left for the office. We had to wait another 15 minutes for him to come back. Further on the road we had a technical question about the car. We had to wait 3 days for an answer. At the moment of handing over the car employees were not in a hurry to draw up the documents, as they were drinking tea. We were also promised to be taken to the airport, but no one was going to hurry here either. They asked us to wait for 10 minutes and did not explain the reason for the delay. We said that we had already started check-in for the flight, but we were just asked to wait. In the end it turned out that we were just waiting for one more person to bring him to the airport. It is clear that the lateness of this person is not the fault of the renter, but it was possible to explain the reason for the delay.
