I rented a Fiat, not a reno Clio. There are 3 things I didn't like about it: 1. The rental cost was 437 dollars. On the spot it was boldly and without blinking an eye rounded up to 440. 2. When I turned in the car I was supposed to get back 60 dollars, instead the manager handed me 50 euros and said that he had no other options. 3. I handed in the car at the airport at 7 am, I was in a hurry to catch a flight. Renting a car in the early morning is a separate service and I paid 15 dollars for it. I agreed in advance on the place and time of car delivery. 30 minutes before arrival I wrote a message on WhatsApp. In fact, the person who takes the car arrived only at 7-30. That is, they took the money for the service, but did not bother to arrive on time.

Fiat Egea Multijet in Turkey
It went pretty well overall. They gave me a Citroen instead of a Fiat, but I didn't see any problems with that. Signing the documents was as easy and quick as possible, we talked through the nuances of insurance and registration (thank God I didn't need to). There were no problems with the car too, just in case I looked in the trunk: spare tire, jack and key were in place (thank God they were not needed either). It was a bit nerve-wracking when handing over the car, I wrote to the manager the day before handing over the car, but I got an answer from him only 1-2 hours before leaving the hotel. I didn't have a sim and it was important for me to get a reply while I had wifi. It was agreed that I would leave the car at the company office and from there we would be driven to the airport. The approach is good I liked it. I did not like that I arrived a little earlier than agreed time and the office was closed, what to do is unclear without communication. While I was running around looking for wifi, the manager came. But it also turned out a little nervous. Inspection of the car was quick and without problems, the deposit was also returned.
Renault Clio 4 in Turkey
All in all, the service is not bad. I was met at the airport, quickly booked, quickly picked up at the end of the rental and taken to the airport. The rent is in the baggage compartment and the car is in the baggage compartment. The apartment is very convenient for renting with no problems. Of the minuses: 1. booked a Renault Clio on diesel, they gave me a Hyundai i20 on gasoline with the wording "it is better. The car is actually not bad, clean and new, and the possible replacement is prescribed in the conditions of booking, but I would still like to choose, which "better". Well, and take into account the difference in fuel costs. 2. I got a car with an empty tank. The rest of the mileage - 40 km. "The last client did it this way". Unseemly. Instead of going on your own business, you go straight to a gas station or an exchange office. At least 10 liters in the tank should be, ideally - full. 3. Terms of insurance. Excess 1000 euros of independence from guilt, or you pay extra. 4. A few hours after I received the car I got a "manager Maxim" in my telegram, with an offer of his services to accompany the booking, and then it turned out that there was no Maxim in the firm. In addition, I started getting calls from various numbers, which lasted for almost 3 days. Sootvetstvuet site or the company leaks personal data. 5. Not really a minus, but take it into account. There was a situation with a car that required calling the police. Guys told us how to call, how to behave, but the police do not speak English, and the guys at the request to translate refused with the wording "we have a client, we do not have time. In general, and do not have to, but in such situations, rely only on yourself. Summary: Given the experience of renting a car in other countries, we can say that the service is not very good, but we can make a correction for the country in which all services are at such a level. Therefore, it is four. It may be worth to choose others, it is up to you.

The rental went well, thank you! A convenient site where it is easy to book a car, unlike many other usual resources for renting a car, where you need a foreign card, large deposits and so on. And here - you book in rubles (a small amount of prepayment) and pay the main amount in cash in the office of the rental company. After booking, the rental company contacted me to clarify the details. I was met at the airport and taken back - after handing over the car. Everything was quick, convenient, and there were no problems.

I rented a car in Antalya. After arrival the person from the car rental company informed me that the Renault Taliant I had booked had been in an accident and another car would be offered. As a result, the car was higher class and more comfortable. The contract was finalized quickly. There were no problems with anything. Meeting and delivery to the airport was prompt. The deposit was returned instantly.

Good afternoon! I would like to leave my feedback, unfortunately it is negative. 1. On arrival, my wife and I were not met by anyone, although I chose the service "Meet with a sign". Believe me, I was looking very carefully for a sign with my name - all meeting drivers were organized and stood right at the entrance in a special place. 2. I had no connection, I don't know Turkish, so we just stood there, dumbfounded and waited. Then a kind person from among the waiting drivers gave me internet via his phone and I tried to text/call the numbers I had on my voucher. No answer. 3. I then asked this kind person to call my phone directly, he did, but also no answer. I was sympathized with and hoped I wasn't "just scammed" though. 4. After an hour and a half only managed to establish some kind of connection with the driver who was supposed to meet us. He inarticulately informed me that the car would be there, it was on its way, that I should wait. But I still did not understand where and what to wait for, I discounted the photo where I am already waiting for him for almost two hours. 5. In the end, the driver then wrote where we should come to meet him. I stopped to understand something at all. 6. The same kind person, who all this time (on his own initiative and for free!) helped with communication in the end himself talked to my driver in Turkish and took us to the place where we had to stand and wait for our driver - on the corner of the building to the fast food restaurant. 7. There we stood there for another 20 minutes, sure that we were just being dynamited like that. 8. To our surprise, the driver did come. I did not try to find out anything with him - here I am writing a review. 9. The car was not Renault Clio 5, but Megan. Yes, it is an analog, but its rent is cheaper! Why did I have to choose the year and make of the car on your site for a long time, so that I could get a cheaper option? Yes, in the voucher I have it says "Renault Clio 5 or analogous", but still "or analogous" is attributed in smaller font, it is supposed to be an extreme option. And what is analog and why is analog cheaper? And why then is the rental price not recalculated downward? A small thing, but unpleasant. There were no complaints about the appearance of the car, but it began to squeak the undercarriage pretty badly towards the end of the trip, which seriously strained, although we did not drive much at all. The analog, it seems, was also much older than I chose.... 10. We agreed with the driver when we got the car that we would contact him on WhatsApp 24 hours before handing over the car, just in case. He said - Okey. 11. Twenty-four hours before the flight in the evening, I texted to say we were on schedule. No reply again!!! Only the next morning by 9 o'clock he got in touch. I was already very worried about how we would be able to hand over the car and fly away in peace. So I immediately agreed to his proposal that we would bring the car to their office and they would drive us to the airport. The office was next to the airport, so it was convenient, but even if the office had been somewhere else, I would have agreed anyway, because I had no confidence in anything. Bottom line: - The conditions for getting the car were not met - "meet me with a sign" and a 6:30 appointment; - I was incorrectly charged a $15 fee, which is an "after-hours fee" - I received the car more than two hours after the agreed upon time, which is already business hours; - I got a cheaper and older equivalent; - I'm not talking about my 10$ gratitude to that kind driver and our nerves. Please give me feedback.
