We had our first experience of renting a car in another country and everything went well. The car was dropped off at the Istanbul airport, and everything was quickly formalized. The car was new, clean and without defects. There were some delays in communication, but this is more a difference in mentality than an indicator of service. This is what I mean - you should not expect quick answers and inclusiveness, you should let go of all worries and just enjoy the flow of life here We returned the car in Antalya. If they ask you to bring the car to the office and not to the airport, it's okay. The office is not far away and they will organize a transfer for you. The deposit was also returned without any questions. In general, everything went smoothly, the car did not let us down and allowed us to travel 2000+ km in this wonderful country

everything was perfect. We were met at the airport early in the morning, brought to the office, where we received the ordered car within half an hour. No additional options were imposed on us, the car was quite fresh. All minor chips and scratches on the body were fixed and we drove away. We took Fiat Egea for 11 days. The car did not let us down once. Simple car on mechanics, roomy enough, just what we needed. We handed over the car as quickly and without problems and questions. On our car we were taken to the airport. We are satisfied with everything, thank you very much. Next year we plan to rent a car 🚗 from this company.

The quality of service and the car were excellent. The only thing I would like to improve is to be informed when a car or service is unavailable. I originally found a cheap rental car on your site, booked it, made a travel plan, and notified my friends. And then suddenly that car was no longer available. And I couldn't change my plans. I had to rush to find a replacement, and the new car cost twice as much. It spoiled the impression, but there was no time to look for a cheaper one. Plus it took time and effort to get the money back for the old lease. I understand that it's not 100% your fault, it's the landlord's fault, but It would be nice if you would put only real car offers on the website, and outdated ads would be better monitored and removed. Or fine unscrupulous landlords.

Firstly, we didn't get a Dacia Duster and had to settle for a Ford Focus instead. We were told the Dacia wouldn't be available for another couple of weeks. Otherwise, everything was fine. The car wasn't new and hadn't been washed thoroughly, but that didn't matter to us considering we were going out of town. We were expecting an SUV type car as it would be more comfortable to drive on unfamiliar roads.

the experience wasnt terrible however I rented a citroen on the website but when I got to the rental place they told me they didnt have one on hand. They did false advertisement and gave me a renault symbol. I also requested an automatic car but was given a manuel car. Basically I had to work with what I was given. As a customer I wasnt satisfied with the experience and will probably not use the service again.
