I would recommend the company Fiat Egea. From the point of view of arrangements, acceptance and delivery of the car everything went smoothly and wonderfully. At the time of registration, the manager sold us a story with insurance, but after refusal with the wording that it is too expensive for us - stopped. At the same time he warned about possible risks. They are quite high, so I would recommend using the insurance if possible. The car itself was in good condition, the only thing was that the brakes were squeaking and getting hot - they obviously need maintenance. But I think this problem arose later, so there are no complaints.

1. A friend of the car owner's brother's friend arrived and he was 45 minutes late, even though I had sent the arrival time in advance. 2 . In the so-called office (5-10 min) started twisting arms. The brother demanded a deposit of 300 euros, otherwise he will not give the car. It was useless to show the terms of lease, taken from your site, call the owner, he would not talk to me. Also he demanded to pay insurance 80 dollars. So we argued in broken English for about an hour. Anyway, I paid $75. my brother wrote something in the contract and I left. 3. When returning the car their manager was 15 minutes late and tried to demand money for washing, although I washed the car before handing it over. Disgusting office, I do not recommend it, why deceive customers. P.S. You owe me 75 dollars.

Everything was excellent: met at the airport; everything was quickly formalized; car without problems; at the end of the rental quickly completed the formalities and drove to the airport. There were two things that we did not like very much. First: the car had no fuel at all, we had to look for a gas station. The second: when we handed over the car we were charged 300 lira for travel on toll roads, but the bill for them did not show. According to our data, we had to pay 150 liras for the toll roads. We used a Renault Symbol car in May 2023 for 3 days. At the airport I met the manager, together with him we drove to the office, where we processed the documents and gave the car. The friendly manager told the basic rules, communicated in English and with the help of an online translator. Everything was clear. The car is clean, comfortable, everything is in order, manual transmission, no complaints. During the lease, there were no troubles, the police did not stop. We returned the car to the office early in the morning at no extra charge (we were warned in advance that we had an early flight), the same manager took us to the airport. I liked everything, thank you very much for the service!

My flight arrived 2 hours late, but a day before departure I sent the flight data to the rental office so they could see how things were with it. When I arrived I was met, but I was indignant that the flight was delayed and said that the reservation was lost. In the end he made it clear that because of the delay the car is no longer available, which is complete nonsense in my opinion .... In the end he gave the same Fiat, but with a manual, not an automatic and resented that the rental price is very cheap. Then asked for a credit card, I explained to him that the credit card is only RF bank and that you had written that no deposit. He said that yes there is no deposit, but you need a credit card. I offered to leave conditional 300 dollars in cash and that I will take them when I give the car at the end, he was not satisfied, in the end I had to issue hull insurance for 170-180 dollars.... Which is also some nonsense, because he just wrote with a pen that hull insurance paid on his sheet. They clearly have a hull insurance for a year.... The time was late, I had no desire to argue and no time either, I had to go further. So I paid an additional 170 dollars for the "hull insurance", got a mechanic car instead of an automatic for the same money and drove off.
